Glad I found this gem of a massage therapy studio. It's not on the main road, and you do have to look for it, but the massage I received from Janice was great. Working on muscles is an art form and she showed that skill. Will return for sure.

If you get a massage, ask for Yvonne! She listens carefully and targets the specific area through the massage. Her touch is relaxing and I highly recommend! Apart from that, loved the ambience of the place. Very soothing. They take hygiene very seriously and so at the entrance, there are slippers kept for clients, they can wash up before their session too. Even the RMTs wash their hands and maintain cleanliness. They also take walk ins.

I have been to see Kara twice now, and I just can't say enough good things about her. Her massage experience is evident, she listens to what my concerns are and addresses them effectively, and the room is clean and comfortable. I'll be returning, and I recommend others check it out, too.

I just had the very best massage I have ever experienced!! This was my first time at the spa and Kara was absolutely amazing. Not only was her technique and abilities exactly what I needed, I felt an instant connection and felt extremely comfortable from the moment I walked in. I definitely will be going back and highly recommend!!

Just had one of the best massages of my life. Charlene Sykes was awesome. I like a deep massage and she really got in there and gave me a great massage. Highly recommend Charlene and Lasting Therapy.

I have been seeing Charlene for quite some time and she is amazing! I recently switched my 60 min-90 min and could not be happier! I love I get an extra 15 mins!! Charlene is professional, a great listener, and understands how to treat muscle/joint pain!
