Took my 90 year old friend John Duffy to his appointment.

The receptionist, audiologist, and ENT were all friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend this hearing centre.

Been here since 10:30am for 10:45am appt (it is now 11:25am). Reception staff did not provide appropriate form until 11:15 despite me 'checking in' with my name, time of appt etc @ 10:35am.- Westgate Shopping Centre location.

Really great. When I started having hearing trouble they took me in without needing a referral.

I was sent here by referral to see Dr. Bastianelli about a hole in my nose being caused from covid swabbing. When he looked in my nose he said he couldn't see a hole however of course there is a hole, I had my fanily doctor confirm and I have photos of it from when I just had my surgery done to fix the hole 3 weeks ago. He told me I should go for bloodwork to prove to wsib it was In fact an injury and not autoimmune, so I went for my tests and it all came back negative.I had a follow up phone call with him which he told me he would send wsib the information he has on my case. However, this office never answers their phone, not even once so don't expect them to answer you, you'll have to wait for them to call you back after you leave voicemail. Wsib is still waiting for him to give the information he has for my claim but it's been months and he still hasn't done this simple task.When i phoned to have an ent remove my stitches which my surgeon suggested that he could do it and would be very easy, dr. Bastianelli's office said he doesnt so that nor have the tools...all you need is small scissors and tweezers, there is litterally a Shoppers Drug Mart in the mall he works in...Very frustrating, I feel like im being neglected by this doctor and what type of ent doesn't remove stitches from the nose.. I ended up just removing them myself. Thanks for nothing!Please stop ignoring me and fill out my wsib claim like you said you would on our phone call ...

The audiologist was very patient with my father and laughed politely at all his jokes even after he repeated them several times. Got him set up with new hearing aids and they really make a difference. The audiologist didn't try to upsell or add unnecessary features. Simplest is best for my father right now.

I didn’t appreciate the brusque and negative attitude the person fixing my 91 year old father’s hearing aid displayed towards me. I was very taken aback by her asking me what she should do with the hearing aid! Like I know anything about it! Come on, if we had purchased them there would you be a bit more pleasant? Well no chance of that now. Davidson’s here I come!!

I’d like to express my appreciation for the treatment I received today, same day that I asked for help due to a recent, near total loss of hearing. Fatiha Louhichi at Robillard on Carling squeezed me in and spent more than half an hour listening and trying her best to flush my ears after, oh, 2-3 years of neglect. No go, so she referred me to a medical clinic which would be able to resolve my hearing issue, also same day. Oh, and all this at no charge.Bravo!
