Thank you to Dallas and the rest of the staff at the Regina Funeral Home & Cemetery. We were able to chose an ideal niche in their mausoleum and they did an excellent job arranging my late father’s internment. They were courteous, professional, and very accommodating for some of the special requests we had made.

Took advantage of a grieving family when they handled my grandfather's cremation,Refused to work on their ridiculous price when they did finally answer calls or emails and give no explanation as to why their services almost double other businesses in town. 6k for a basic cremation

Excellent service. Dallas was knowledgeable & professional. All my questions/concerns were handled to perfection. I received exactly what I wanted and was extremely satisfied with my whole experience with Dallas & this company. Highly recommend to anyone looking for this type of service

Do not use this funeral home unless you are prepared to overpay! Prices are considerably higher than other local funeral homes. When the invoice was questioned they basically said those are our prices. No reasonable explanation as to why their cheapest casket for cremation only is hundreds of dollars more. Or what $625 for “Facilities - minimum use” is when there was zero reception/viewing/service. One family member attended to approve the cremation, that’s it. And another $525 for transportation when other funeral homes include transportation of the body in their base cost. It appears there are no regulations as to what can be charged for a simple, no extras cremation. Almost $6000! I guess a person needs to call around to price check, as they’ll take advantage of it being one of the worst days of your life: sign here, now you’re stuck overpaying! About $2000 more than other cremations in Regina! And poor customer service returning calls or emails. Why bother I guess, they’ve got you once the papers are signed.

The staff and directors here are always so helpful, calm and respectful. They give the highest care to families and loved ones as they are going through the funeral planning process.

For such a crowded place, it sure is dead.But seriously, it's a cemetery. Very well maintained, nice grounds. There are some sections that they are still being developed, and there is periodically some construction taking place (i.e. building out a road, for example).A few years ago I had to make use of Regina Funeral Home as my mum had passed away. Definitely a hard time for us, but they really seemed to care, were really good at guiding us through the process, and helped save some money along the way. You don't want to think about that stuff, but you know ... it's important, so it's good that they were thinking about it for us and not trying to gouge us with purchasing this option or that item in our time of grief.I wish that they would be a bit more transparent in the options available. My mum did not want to be embalmed, but when I brought this up they were very sketchy about all the rules surrounding it. You don't have to be embalmed in Canada, but if you're not it changes timelines for viewings, etc. They should be clearer on that and it would be nice if they offered more options for green" or "greener" burials.I also wish that they had a lot more above ground markers instead of the in-ground plaques. It looks more like a park than a cemetery

We had great service from Regina Funeral Home when my husband and I made our pre-arrangements. The staff were very professional and thorough, explaining all our options in detail and the paperwork was easy to complete. We also transferred existing plots we had in the cemetery from one garden to another so we could be next to other family members. They made it quick and easy to make this change. I would recommend them to anyone looking for funeral arrangements.

It took Dallas over 5 years to place an incorrect grave marker. They got my fathers name wrong, despite having his correct name. The funeral home did NOT get approval from the executor. Instead they went to a sick family member for “approval”. Dallas and Nathan insist I pay for their mistake. I would recommend steering clear
