These guys were great! They installed a Goodman furnace and a tankless hot water heater in my home. Very professional, detailed and accurate work. Clean up was tidy, everything was explained in the end, very easy to communicate with during whole process and I feel secure knowing they will be there for future service if needed. Well done to Doug and his crew, I highly recommend them for service in Thunder Bay!

I had Klimit Mechanical Install an AC at one location, and then also install a furnace and AC at another location. They were very friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave any garbage when the job was complete. They communicated well and were reasonably priced. I recommend them, and would use them again.

Fast, friendly, and reliable service. We contacted Klimit to service our furnace after we had deplorable service from Reliance. Reliance had not shown up twice for service appointments and refused to provide any form of customer support, causing our furnace to backup and flood our kitchen. With freezing temperatures we needed service quickly. We contacted Klimit on a Friday afternoon, they were out first thing the next morning to see us. They quickly fixed our problem, took the time to explain to us what had transpired, and gave us a plan for what we need to do moving forward. Their timeliness and very reasonable pricing was much appreciated. I cannot explain how appreciative we are for their quick, effective, and friendly service at a time of need when we had been continually let down and pushed aside by Reliance.Overall, we would highly recommend Klimit and will use them again.

We had a new furnace installed within 5 days, after the initial correspondence! They were super professional. Would definitely recommend them. Doug was great, got back to us right away.

They installed all new ductwork. All the seams are leaking air and I wondered why it was so cold in the basement. I decided to start putting tape around all the joints and I found A 4 inch hole in the main duct on top so it wasnt in view. All the cold air or hot Was blowing out of it.

I was looking at getting a furnace installed from this company after being recommended by a family friend who knows the one owner. The other co-owner of this business seemed quite friendly and was honest with me when he came out for quote and said he would get back to next week at the latest. I told him what I was looking for, and would like one installed this summer for the upcoming winter. No response with 2 weeks, contacted the assistant. She said would get back to me. No response after that and a month and a half had passed. Mid July by this mark. Would not take my phone calls, or emails after that. I was left in the dark.Before Sara from this company insists I was never a customer in the first place. I have paper trails from emails, and screenshots from phone-calls for evidential proof.It is of my opinion this this company is of horrible professional service and I have heard this from multiple people around town. Seems this is an ongoing problem for this company. This is not how you run a business, you atleast get back to customers and explain. Which floored me was that he even came out 40min to give me a quote. I am a small business owner myself. Customers come first or at least an explanation.You don't ignore them and treat them this way. The courteous thing to do would be to give me a phone call and explain that we won't have the time or can't get it installed. That I can understand and would be more than grateful with. By mid summer I was concerned that I wouldn't get a furnace installed for the winter.If a company can't even have the decency to respond to you, then how can you trust them for service or installs on an important piece of your home.EDIT SINCE REPLY:Now they're playing the victim and lying about it all. It was not an extremely hard time to be in HVAC. I have three buddies in it and a cousin, just not in this area. There is so much business and work that people are over quoted by thousands and there booked up to a year in advance now. Everyone in town is.Doug did not even give me a quote. In fact, I didn't get a response at all from you guys, no emails, no quotes, nothing . I was courteous and nice. How would I think something is too high if I didn't get a quote in the first place. They did not have a date set aside for me at all. That would have to actually include someone getting in touch with me to confirm a date. This post was made well over 6 months had past. Ample time for someone to get in touch, still no one did.So many lies and plot holes in they're response.

Great service and competitive prices. I had a furnace break down and this company was quick to complete a new install and went out of their way to accommodate us. Very polite and easy to communicate with.I would recommended.

Very fast and wonderful service. I called for a consult, and Doug drove 2hrs out of town to see us the next day. Doug and Sara are very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and didn’t make us feel like an inconvenience for a second. They also had no issues with us postponing our furnace replacement until the spring. We look forward to doing business with them!

Klimit installed a new furnace for us last December. Our old furnace broke down and, during their peak season, were able to install a new one within 5 days and also had the best price from any other comparable product. The team that did the install were professional and polite. After 10 months from the install date we had a major leak in the A/C unit (our old one that we didn't replace) and they were there within 5 hours diagnosing and fixing the issue. Fantastic service, excellent product and a fantastic experience. If you're looking for a company to do your HVAC work, I'd seriously give these guys a try.
