Worst company. I was interested in a property in Scarborough and called them several times included sending realtor email (Robin Campbell). Totally ignored my request and did not bother to call / email / text back. Seems customer service is the least of their priorities... Would not recommend to anyone...

I have used a few different Realtors from this brokerage for both primary residence and rental property transactions, purchases and sales. I find that the company has specialists in different fields, and have been very pleased with the service from each one that I've used.They do work for institutional sellers (banks, trustees, etc) so I have found the quality of work to be consistent between their Realtors because they all work on those accounts which have standard processes.

I had a great experience with agent Maulynna D for my first time buying a home. She was professional, reliable and attentive when it came to my needs. I would highly recommend.
