My wife and I went to sleep country looking for a king bed and we were not disappointed. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Our mattress was on sale and we even bought two pillows because they had a buy one get one free deal on as well. Would definitely shop there again.

I just got my adjustable bed today and I thought that they would of installed my headboard as the salesman stated to . They didn't so I goto install the brackets for the headboard and one is bent. And they didn't sell me provide and hardware to install it either. I called customer service and they can't even pick up the phone.

My wife and I went here last week when we only had about half an hour to spare. We were immediately greeted as we walked in and were asked a series of questions and then we were guided to beds the sales associate (can't seem to remember his name) thought would work for us. They were able to find us a mattress we both liked, gave us a good price, free delivery and got us out of there within the time limit we gave them without us ever feeling rushed. I will definitely recommend this place.

Sales person did a great sales job and sold us on a mattress and protector sheet for my daughter. We were told that if we bought the protector sheet and it leaked that we would be given a new mattress. Low and behold the sheet leaked so we went to sleep country and asked for a new mattress. We were then told that the sales person was wrong and that wasn’t how it worked. We were told we had to get a professional company to come out and clean the mattress and if the stain was still there they would give us a new mattress. They said this would maybe cost us $50 to get done. I called around to multiple companies and $450 later we got the mattress cleaned. The stain was still there. We went back to sleep country multiple times about this, provided the receipt from the cleaning company, photos of the stain. We have talked to people so many times. On many occasions we were told they would send us a gift card for our troubles. This hasn’t happened. We have emailed many times about the issue. We have been told we would get a response in two days. No response after multiple weeks still. Worst customer service experience EVER. I guess Sleep country is great if you like being disappointed over and over again.

I am so happy with my Bloom Air mattress. I have the best sleep and wake up with no pain and refreshed. I can’t wait to go to bed at night. I have recommended this mattress to all my family and friends. The sales person I dealt with at the Rochdale Street location in Regina, SK was knowledgeable and friendly.

Bought a bed. Christian was a great help and not pushing or trying to pressure you into a sale. He let the price and quality sell itself. As it should. He was very helpful in helping me decide on what exactly I was needing.

Not happy with any of it, called the store but just had a gentleman rant how wrong I was and he knew everything. not ever going back! $3000 mattress went to the goat pen, wasn't the one I was told I was ordering, too bad so sad was all i got from the man whos been selling for 44 years!
