This was the first time we took our kitty to be boarded at the Cat Hotel and the care he got was PHENOMENAL! He was shy at first and didn't want to eat but the staff were on it! They kept me updated and the were so kind and patient with him. I could tell how much they cared. I had emails and/or phone calls every day. Highly recommended! ps. in the end Toeny did great!

We have a cat with some health issues and can't be left alone overnight. We bring him to the cat hotel when we are going to be away and the service is second to none. Highly recommended
