Got a 2022 polaris ranger 1000 eps there, great bunch of guys there.

Axxis went above and beyond my expectations. My boat starter bolts had broken up inside the housing. Terrible situation. The motor had to be pulled to access the broken piece. The service team was able to get me scheduled and repaired all within a day and a half. They absolutely saved me and my family’s long weekend. Thanks to Jim and Terry and the rest of the Team!

Polaris sportsman taken in for service for intermittent running issues. Atv was there for 7 weeks. No communication at all from service. Made multiple phone calls to service, unable to get update. Eventually do get in touch. The part replaced did not solve issue entirely

I took my sled to Axxis for recall maintenance in November 2022. While it was there it was vandalized and damaged during an apparent break in. They refused to cover the full costs of the damages, they would only agree to pay half. I had to pay the costs to get my sled back. They also charged me full retail on the parts. I now have to take them to small claims to get my money back.

Step son took his sled here to get fixed. Was told they tested everything it could be. Within an hour of the first ride, sled was inoperable with the same problem as brought in for.

Phoned for a part. Lady was very ignorant and stand offish told her the part I needed then she said yes we have that part then told her it wasnt the part I needed as she was looking up something else and didnt understand then continued to be very rude. This isnt the first time this has happened iether defanitly dont give them my business anymore.

The parts desk is friendly and very informative but for buying a product and sales staff and owners worst experience ever. I absolutely wish I would of bought out of this city cause it seems like the better deals are not here at all. First off it all started with we agreed on a price and then when I couldn't figure out why their payment was so high I had to ask their off site finance guy and was told because the price I was quoted for the bot didn't include the trailer. Who buys a boat without a trailer ? Then after that was all blown over they had my old boat for a day to do their inspection and gave me a price on my boat. Then a week after owning my boat I talked my boss into buying a boat from them and they are not doing anything for sending someone into them and buying from them. Then the owner decides to say we never agreed about giving you any referral and blah blah and then tell me he had to spend 2200 on my boat and they are not asking me for money and hung the phone up on me. That's why I took the boat to them so they could inspect the boat it isn't my fault that you guys didn't find the problem. I mentioned to the sales rep something sounded funny or off in the leg but I didn't know what it was. I gave them the chance to fully inspect and see the boat and never ran it after they looked at it. Before hanging up the owner" told me if I ever have a problem with my boat take it somewhere else never to come back. What kind of a dealership is this ? Please think twice before even dealing with these people. So if I had to buy the trailer additionally my bill of sale says I traded off a 2005 Tahoe which my trailer is a Tahoe trailer and my boat is a Tahoe so what did I trade off ? Legal documents don't show any proof I traded a trailer or a boat. Be ignorant and rude to customers and their voice will be spoken."

Eager to help. Makes extra effort to keep customers enjoying their machines. Dropped in on their customer appreciation day for some cake and soft drinks.
