Caivan have not good quality construction. Price is not goodevery one for Conservacy Ottawa paid 100K more than asking and now contractor selling same plots for cheaper price.Very bad response from Management. so please think before you buy property with caivan. they will speak with you very nicely and later once you paid deposit they did not even receive your call.I am very disappointed with Caivan and i am making aware of new home buyer please do not get in to trap of this contractor.
