The girl running the window at your store at 5:45 pm is the rudest server I have ever come across at a Tim Hortons. She snapped at my mum for double-checking something on her order and was a complete snot bag at the window. She had no name tag on and she had colour in her hair and a nose ring. She needs an attitude adjustment or something.

Every table was dirty even though none of the tables were occupied. Staff just standing around chatting instead of doing any tidying. No music playing at all, just static. Terribly slow service.

Tim Hortons is getting worse and continues to increase prices for less than a good portion of food, donuts variety is at a altimeter low. I doubt I'll be returning as competitors have better service and better quality of food and coffee.

I went in at 8pm to order a Latte, and the cashier said that they have washed all their machines so I can only order steeped tea. I asked her what time do they close and she said 10:30pm. So why clean up so early??? She didn’t have an answer for me! I will never go back to this location

This location had no chicken or ingredients for many of its products.Ordered Chilli but had to ask for the bun which wasn’t in the package.

Games played with points (corporate) can't buy 2 donuts with points then have to come back 30 min later for next points purchase. Was a customer service manager for company much larger than Tim hortons. The most dangerous customer is a customer who is unhappy and says nothing ,it doesn't get upset. They just never come back.

I waited for 5 minutes for someone to take my order and never had any one of the many staff members interact with me. Not even anyone telling me that they would get to me shortly. I have never had such bad customer service in a Tim Hortons, I ended up walking out of the store.

Amazing service from the manger Rylee. Long storey short, we had ordered around $50 worth of food from delivery, the door dash driver had cancelled our order and took off with the food for free. When going to the store, Rylee was able to compensate us as well as speak to door dash in regards to the issue. We also found out that driver has also been giving staff issues as well. Even though she wasn’t at fault, Rylee went above and beyond with helping us, we’re very grateful for her service. Thank you so much Rylee!

The new employees don't listen well at all. 2 weeks in a row and they mess a tea up EVERY TIME. No longer will be going there. The worst experience ever.. if I could give a zero star.. that would be it
