Purchased this amazing sofa and bed set, the quality is amazing, and the table comes out of the foot rest, such a unique design, the staff was friendly, made everyone sanitize, and they are wore masks, great to see that they take such precaution, really happy with the service,

What’s not to love, this place is always a nice escape. Prices for most items are competitive considering the quality of some items. Staff are always well informed and ready to help. Washrooms are always a pleasure to use.

I visited this place recently and as always was impressed by the wonderful products and their quality. It’s got everything to make your home stylish and comfortable from good furniture, upholstery to kitchen ware. We were able to get some fabulous glasses and dinnerware.

I haven't been to a Crate & Barrel since before COVID. I went today to make purchases from a Bridal Registry. The sales associate, Michele D, who assisted me was great - from the beginning to the end of the encounter. Excellent selection of products & top notch customer service. Would highly recommend this location.

I really like this store. It is well lit and very spacious. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly but they don't bother you. There is a great selection of household goods. I like the kitchen accessory and dish area. There are plenty if options to choose from. The store is outsider the mall beside Whole foods.

My advice: Shop online. If shopping in-store at this location don’t expect sales associates to have any product knowledge/accurate delivery time frames/know what’s in stock. A sales associate told me that I’d have to wait till mid February for frying pans, but I checked online and they’re available to be delivered in about a week from today. Sales associate also yanked the frying pans out of my hands when I was looking at then. He also told us the wrong information about pots and interrupted us when we were trying to talk. He said that they don’t sell pots individually even though a sign was below the pot and showed the price of just the one pot. Told us to buy it at another company. Again, I checked on the crate and barrel website and it was in stock and sold separately. Very misleading. They lost out on like 2 sales by telling us the wrong information. Annoying! I’ll just be shopping on their website going forward.

I just bought water dispenser , in-spite of explicitly showing the scratches on delivery, The customer agent told me its dirt and I was told a wet wipe will do the tick, turned out they were scratches. Adding photo for reference. I am not able to attach photo. There is some sort of restriction, But I can mail it to customer service if they request.Also my they are not accepting my product review.

I love this store, happy to see the holiday samples and product showcases are back on. We bought 6 table settings/decor for Christmas, I was worried how much it would come to but that’s cause I forget how affordable C&B really are for common items. The staff reminded me that the 10% online sign up can also be used in store, that savings went toward our amazing dinner at Reds, and a few extra tarts!
