Drove out Infront of our pick up hauling a horse trailer, causing us to hammer the brakes and veer off the road. They were contacted instantly and did nothing. They have been contacted 3x and promised to have someone return the call. Not once have we received a call. They could have caused serious loss of life and/or injury to human and animal. Pretty sad way to deal with the public with serious concerns for safety. I would hope this would concern those of you looking for a transport company to haul your goods. Clearly there are better companies that take responsibility for your goods, and the life and safety of others.

Working on the highway filling potholes in Clearwater BC. It’s only your company that doesn’t slow down for me walking around on the road. What the hell is wrong with your company? It’s not just one, it’s always you guys. If it’s not slowing down it’s Van Kam. Your company is what makes my job dangerous.

My company uses them to do lots of shipping and on three occasions now they have not showing up to pick up the packages that we were trying to deliver to other companies that needed them. I will strongly recommend that companies idea with use a different shipping company and I will personally never use this company.
