A very expensive silk tie was ruined during the cleaning cycle. Not sure how or why since they apparently do these often successfully. Spoke to Dan in head office and he offered a full store credit or cheque. Nice to see a corp taking responsibility and providing fair compensation. They will make far more from me now than the cost of the tie. Great policy that will reward them.

I took my sweater to this store to wash. They couldn’t remove the stain on the sleeve which is understandable, but it came back with really bad water stain which is not there before. I requested them to rewash it for me. After they got it back, it still has water stain on it. I was asking to clean the water stain again, but their boss said, he couldn’t see the water stain and they don’t know if that’s there before I brought it to wash. I asked for either return me the money or rewash it for me. But they rejected all the options. It took me almost a month to deal with this issue. I will never come back. Watch out, they will destroy your sweater and deny it.
