Reasonable price and curry is really good. Satay chicken taste good but their sauce just okay. We also order Hai Nam Chicken with oil rice, chicken is tasteless but very tender and juicy. If you take it with Their special made chicken sauce, then it Will be okay. Bonus is their chicken ginger clear soup, then come with the chicken rice set. Excellent and I love it.

We got the Hainanese chicken and the roti. Both were good, but not the best. The ginger chicken broth they give with the rice was good. Everything else lacked flavour. Service could use improvement.

For a scrumptious and affordable meal in Richmond, look no further than this restaurant's Hainanese Chicken. If you've been to Thailand, you might recognize it as Koh Mon Kai, and trust me when I say this version is just as good, if not better! For just $30, you get a whole chicken, 5 servings of rice, and soup – a steal for the quality and quantity of food. My family and I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Make sure to add this spot to your list of must-try restaurants!

Food is still awesome. Their homemade ice lemon tea is really good and not overly sweet. Lots of parking during lunch time but probably more difficult in the evening as other restaurants nearby open up.

Ordered two dishes for lunch - Singaporean style fried shrimp noodle and Laksa. Fried noodle came out as a better dish. It’s very hot and with good flavour. The overall quality could have been much elevated if the shrimps were of more firmer texture. Laksa was a bit not upto my expectation. The soup was thin and too salty lacking the milk-based soup texture.

Everything was very good especially the roti and chicken and beef skewers. The curry beef brisket was very tender and delicious. We highly recommend the Hainanese chicken and rice. The price was very reasonable as their portions were just right and the food came very fast. The staff were also very kind; we love it here!

Got the nasirending or curry beef with rice for takeout. The curry is tasty and mildly spicy. Meat is tender. They gave me the yellow oil rice because no white rice was available which was nice. There didn’t seem to be as much meat as I remembered from a year or two ago. I did start to feel full after a while as the curry and rice sank in.
