!Friendly, accommodating and quality work. My son’s skate blew apart just before a selection camp. They were able to sew up the skate, and he was able to wear them. Lifesavers at a critical time!!

Mark at Blades Custom Skate is true to his word! I sent an email hoping he would be able to repair a skate issue and sharpening earlier than his opening hours of 9 am. He responded and fixed the issue in time for our 8:15 am game start! He did a great job and his pricing was very reasonable. His customer service exceeded my expectations—-I would give him 6 stars if I could!

What a refreshing shopping experience! I’d almost forgotten what exceptional customer service looks like. The owner was friendly and professional, and their prices are super reasonable. Don't even know where to begin - after going to ProHockey Life & Sport Chek & not receiving any help, I went down to this shop & my skates were sharpened better than they ever have been in under 10mins for a fraction of the price anywhere else .. Mark also had exact matches for parts for my skates that I needed in stock, he was extremely knowledgeable about everything & I can't say enough about the customer service .. will only be going here from now on!
