Thank you to Alex and the Leisure Pool team for doing a great job on our backyard fiberglass swimming pool. The landscaping and pool has been flawless and has created the backyard oasis we've always wanted.

We used Leisure Pools of Toronto to open and close our pool this season and our experience with the entire staff has been excellent! As first time pool owners we had a lot of questions and Melody and Tony couldn't have been nicer. Both were very helpful, patient, and accommodating.We have had such a positive experience with them and look forward to using them again next pool season and the years to come. We highly recommend them!

Leisure Pools of Toronto did an amazing job with our backyard pool. Not only did they install the pool but they took care of our landscaping, fencing, gas, electrical, etc. so that the whole back yard could be transformed. Would highly recommend.

We recently had the privilege of having our boring backyard converted in to a beautiful pool/patio oasis by the experts at Leisure pools of Toronto. A great big thank you to the three brothers /owners ;Alex, Art and Martin as well as all the exceptional staff who skillfully transformed our outdoor living space into a luxury- like resort ,just steps out our own back door. We picked Leisure Pools of Toronto out of 6 other companies, after very extensive research due to our requirements and the sheer size of the project – pool, interlock (~2000 sq/ft), landscaping including gardens, new sod over a huge area and more. The top two requirements we had were starting time and the company’s ability to deal with ALL requirements from city permits, to the electrician, to the pool specialist. All were met successfully.We have dealt with all three owners – Art, Alex and Martino – as well as with three different crews and various office assistants; everyone was a pleasure to deal with and we were very happy with the level of customer service we’ve received as well as with the attention to detail that the company provided.Our backyard is truly a “dream-come-true“ and for that… we are grateful to Leisure Pools. Highly recommended!

Lacking professionalism and accountability.On April 1st, 2021, Leisure pools mistakenly attended my house instead of my neighbours for a pool opening (both our house numbers were clearly affixed). Upon review of my surveillance cameras, a worker attended my backyard for a good 5 minutes and damaged my pool equipment.Only after, he rang the doorbell and spoke with my wife, telling her he was there to open my pool. Despite her pleading to him that we did not call for any service, he gestured in a swimming motion, speaking deliberately slow assuming she had difficulty with English. After the laborious conversation, he finally left and parked next door at my neighbour's driveway.I didn't find out about this incident until my wife told me about it two days later and upon review of my camera footage and inspection, I discovered the following (see pictures):-Broken ground plug jammed in the electrical socket.-Salt chlorinator cover left wide open.-Cut ziptie causing fallen fence-Wooden cover left on ground.We understand mistakes happen. But after learning they attended the wrong house, there was no decency and professionalism to let us know he messed with our equipment and left everything in disarray and broken. Both myself and neighbours in my area are concerned with the lack of professionalism displayed.I emailed Alex five days ago (April 5th) with no reply. Posted for your information.

We used them to build our pool and Coverstar cover. They did a great job and we love our pool. They were reasonable and always totally responsible and open to supporting us. We used them for future projects including a winter cover. We got the Coverstar and iAqualink. Both were great purchases. I do recommend these guys without hesitation.

I had a fibreglass pool installed by Leisure Pools and could not be happier with the end results! It has been a game changer for me and my family. Art, Martino and Alex are a family owned business. They’re very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. Melanie in the office helped with the landscape design. I highly recommend Leisure Pools of Toronto!!

Working with Leisure Pool Toronto was a great experience. They were consistently responsive to all my inquiries. They did all work on time and as promised. The finished product is exactly what we wanted. Maybe even better! Highly recommend them. From Melody doing the design, to Art who oversaw the install and Alex who brought the final project home everyone was amazing to work with.

This review is about our experience with purchasing and installing a Leisure Pool. We had a 15x30 fiberglass pool installed by Leisure Pools last Aug/Sept and even though there were some unforeseen obstacles with ground water, everything was beautiful. Dealing with Maria Berbega was an absolute pleasure, she went out of her way to solve any problems that arose. This was Maria's first sale and she did a fantastic job helping with permits and following up with all our questions. We would highly recommend Maria and Leisure Pools and are pleased to see they have already installed another pool in our neighbourhood. We would also like to thank Paul, (Mr. Wonderful), Mike (pool school), Desiree and Cameron for all their assistance in our education and our new adventure. We are sure Maria is destined for a great future in her chosen field.
