This school is the worst thing I have ever seen.My 8 year old daughter was constantly beaten by other kids throughout the whole year, and the only thing they said they could do was remove the violent kid from recess. No suspension. We would learn about the violence from our daughter, they wouldn't bother to call us most of the times. And if she even tried to defend herself by just shoving one of the kids, she was scolded. And don't get me started on academic motivation. She was in a mixed grade (1-2) and got stuck having to learn first grade stuff. I have seen her homeworks: she had to count tens, and buttons.They prefer to protect their violent problematic kids than encourage, nourrish and support their promising ones. If I had known earlier, I would have changed her schools in a heartbeat. She was lucky: she is resilient, brave and brilliant. She will come out stronger from this.But for the love of God, don't send your kids there. It will destroy them.
