For the past 2 years I was holding back to give my opinion. Honestly, even if the store manager Beverly gave me a scratch and save coupon, this store was by far the worst experience I could ever imagine.Go across the street to Ashley Furniture, service there is AWESOME and they have EXCELLENT quality furniture.Lazyboy Coquitlam was horrible. We buy a sofa and then get told if we’re not happy with the sofa we can return it for another one. Well…. That’s a bunch of balarny. This is we’re EVERYTHING goes downhill. The first sofa we ordered was NOT comfortable after 1 hour. We ask to return it but they say it will cost 300$ to return it and then 300$ for a new shipment! There we go with a long story that almost ended up in court!! We couldn’t return the sofa for a refund, we chose a new sofa to be told it would be a 7 month wait…. 8 month wait…. 9 month wait…. This story is so detailed and long, I wouldn’t go back there even if I was offered a free sofa. The manager tried to keep our business, and mellowed us out but this was only to keep the money. After 9 months she finally realized she should have simply cancelled the sale. I’m sorry, but that’s AWFUL service. The First Lady who “helped” us, lied to make a sale. Just horrible from A to Z. When service goes this bad, they should back down and apologize rather than force a sale. Just horrible.

Our salesperson, Anyes was excellent! She was very friendly when she approached us & very helpful with helping us find exactly what we wanted. She was attentive & informative without being at all pushy. Thank you for your excellent service!

Do not buy your furniture from here, the furniture you receive does not match the in-store quality and is very poorly crafted. We bought a custom couch and waited a long to to receive it only to receive it damaged and in poor condition. What a nightmare. It is also extremely hard to contact a manager and the auto scheduling is awful. Please take caution and spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

The actual product is fantastic. The customer service was pathetic. The Coq. Store didn't arrange delivery for the agreed date, which left us sitting in lawn chairs in our living room for 6 days. They were supposed to refund the delivery charge as compensation for the botched delivery. I finally had to go back to the store 5 weeks later because the cheque is in the mail is truly a lie. Never again.

Exceptional service from Lisa! She was very professional and always kept us in the loop for any benefits that we have on the purchase while ensuring we get the best price. Highly recommend

Edit: I already called the store back and was hoping for a solution but the manager was more concerned about putting an extra $50 into there pockets. This is the norm with big chain stores, all they care about is money, definitely not the customer. Why would I reach out to the manager again! I stand by original review. I'm not wasting anymore of my time.Terrible company with zero customer service. I'll take my business else where. Thanks for wasting my time.
