Dr. Bellini, is without a doubt, the best doctor I have ever had. I’ve been under his care for quite a few years now and he has never changed. He is excellent at his work and has a bedside manner second to none. I have also noticed that the health professionals that work “for” him, are all super nice as well…it appears that they enjoy working “for” him. Which is always a good thing. Thank you

Dr Ying and staff are awesome. Dr Ying was very professional and caring as he took the time to explain everything. I was never rushed or made to feel uncomfortable. Medical staff at Hospital were very reassuring and kind. And his office staff Irene is the BEST!!! she is so professionalJim Lee

DR AHN’s receptionist is extremely rude and I’ll mannered she has no respect towards the clients and she’s a completely ignorant person Dr Ahn is the worst doctor I’ve ever had i suffer from something that causes me so much pain and discomfort but I cannot get an appointment office remains closed during covid like this is ridiculous I’ve been a patient here for a year and a half now and I’ve only seen him in person once I can’t get a single appointment I suggest you go look for another doctor, that’s what I’m going to do now

The lady at the desk is amazing and very helpful (God bless her). Dr. V. Puri is also one of the best! :)

Dr. Bellini is an amazing, attentive doctor who took all my concerns seriously and did not just brush me off because I was too young as other doctors did. Overall my experience with the clinic was pleasant but I do have one complaint about the way the office is handling communications during COVID.They only call from no caller ID numbers and with the number of scam calls going around I have made a habit to not answer calls from numbers I don’t recognize. I assume there are others who do the same. Due to this, I missed a follow up appointment because they changed the date on it and couldn’t reach me to confirm the new date was okay. Instead of leaving that appointment on hold until they could reach me or even sending an email, they just left a voice Mail (which I never check because, again, it’s usually just filled with scam messages) and they assumed it was confirmed and as a result the doctor ended up wasting his valuable time trying to reach me on a date when I was not available.I know COVID has made things difficult for everyone and things like this can happen but this might be a procedure that could be improved to not only save the doctors time but to also make it easier on the assistants who im sure have a million people to talk to.

All Doctors are excellent. Secretary of Dr. Tam is very rude. I cancelled my appointment 3 days ago because I was feeling better and called them to cancel my appointment, she was very rude and threaten me that do not come to this clinic in the future and will not book your appointment in the future. This rating is not for the doctors of the clinic but for the secretary of Dr. Tan.
