Was very happy from start to finish. Booking the appointment was very easy to do. The Agent was very friendly and helpful. The initial diagnosis appointment was with William. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The parts came quickly. William was the technician to also complete the repair. Would highly recommend William for any appliance repair. He did an awesome job. The prices were also quite reasonable considering the repair that needed to be done. All in all very happy and would highly recommend.

William Wassenaar was on time and diagnosed the issue quickly. He was very professional. It’s not acceptable that we have to be without a fridge for almost 3mths though. This issue needs to be dealt with by the business. Why have a warranty if you need to buy a backup fridge just too get by.

We had purchased a power recliner loveseat at a local furniture store and one of the recliner controls failed within 2 years. When the manufacturer denied responsibility, one of the store's customer service reps intervened and referred our claim to TransGlobal. We were contacted the same day by Arash" the TG shop supervisor

Very disappointed with this company - technician came to access my issue and i was charged a deposit in which would go towards the repair. I firstly never heard from anyone for over a week in regards to parts when i was told the next day, and then told that the parts aren’t available, in which case i assumed my deposit would be refunded as they couldn’t fulfill their services. We had used this company before and i expected the same service. We will not be contacting this company again for any work in the future.

If I could select zero stars I totally would. These guys are rude, not professional, can’t follow GPS directions to find where to deliver to. They dont leave messages with call back info then blame the customer for their lack of communication.
