Didn't realize the Swiss was not sit down and order. It's in with Harvey's. Food was good, service was good but not like a real Swiss chalet restaurant. Don't think I'd go there again for Swiss chalet.

Ordered festive specials, they didn’t include the cranberry or chocolates. The chicken is also from a pigeon.

Would not accommodate patron for 1 pc of chicken with a salad without full price. Swiss Chalet should not operate with Burger King. Badpy overpriced and it took 4 trips to get the meal right. Had to ask for condiments, ketchup, and utensils. And meals were not correct.

Called from work to place a five person order for pick up. Staff member informed us that they were swamped and understaffed and that’s why they were ignoring our calls. Although I understand the struggles of running on minimum manning during the holidays, the level of professionalism was shocking. We were told, I don’t have time for this right now, do you want your chicken or not, and would not take our order, we were informed just to come in. Although we had our hearts set on festive specials, we simply could not spend our money in a business that spoke to their customers like this. We went elsewhere. Customers are customers whether they are dine in or pick up and all deserve your time equally.

My wife picked up a double leg dinner for me and a chicken salad for herself. The salad was very good but my dinner was horrible. These people should not be allowed to serve the public. The place was not overly busy. The chicken was no bigger than a robin and it was so overcooked and dried out it must have been spinning around forever. I could not believe they would put it in the bag and expect someone to eat it.. Take some pride in what you're doing or don't do it. Get a job elsewhere. They get one star for the salad.

Friendly chap taking orders which was nice. Beyond that, no baked potatoes, no white meat and no food coming out for the longest time. This at 7 pm. Seems rather chaotic and disorganized at best.

I went to the drive thru in Trenton and didn’t wait too long . I ordered the Festive Meal but food was cold , the dressing was scattered in the box and dried up so bad. It was quite grosse. The bun was so hard l couldn’t eat it. The chicken was good. The salad was terrible with two slices of partly rotten tomatoes . It was terrible. I was very disappointed and it cost me $20.66 and all that was ok was the piece of chicken. Never again!

Need to learn how to run a business. Waited 15 minutes to order to only be told a half hour wait. Then waiting another 15 minutes while the customers ahead of us waited at the window for their food, blocking anyone else from getting out. My sister had similar experience the week before. You need to find a better system! I won't be back and neither will my sister!

This is a Harvey's serving" Swiss Chalet...BUT it appears that it only serves Swiss Chalet sometimes...HOWEVER the good news is you only find that out once you arrive at the drive-thru with no way out of the line. Good job Cara Foods!"

Just had some to take home. I didn't get the extra sauce that I ordered for my chicken....so ripped off there. Fries could have used more cooking. I never understand how you miss things putting an order together. You got the order in front of you ...just check...stop ripping customers off and ruining their meal.
