I enjoyed cooking at my table and I was pleased with the variety of dishes on the menu. I did use the sauce bar which had lots of options but I caution you to peruse first. If you're at a table sharing the whole table will be charged a fee and that wasn't obviously labeled. The premium meat was delicious, the thicker noodles were great. Kids inhaled the skewers and we had to order extra servings. I saw a lot of other tables with individual pots so I'd be interested to go back and make a myriad of different combinations with my friends.

If you want to try the best hotpot in ottawa. This place is the one you have to try. Medium is already very spicy for me, but mild is not enough spicy:( however the food is very fresh

It was alright. The service is meh but fast once you get their attention. The directions for sauces could be clear as to not create such a log jam of people. Its hot pot and done well but its nothing special. The peanuts are good though and the drinks are delicious.

I haven’t had hot pot in years and when you think of hot pot you don’t think Ottawa would have any good spots but it actually does. Well worth the price some of the items are at honestly. Yeah it’s a little pricey but you know you have a good time and good food.

Top notch service, a huge variety of condiments and fresh food. We did the Chongqing style spicy pot and cumin sauce. Never expected it to be this amazing. It is not a all-you-eat which is what I love, portions are huge compared to other hot pot places. Definitely a must go.

Absolutely love it! My go to place in Ottawa , everything is clean and tasty! Definitely should go try if u never come here before! Great dessert and legit Chinese flavour with nice service and great vibes, especially Ellie she’s so sweet! Fruits are fresh as well and appetizers have a lot of different kinds I really liked it!

Liu Yishou Hotpot offers fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. Their beef, lamb, and seafood are fresh, and the vegetables are also fresh and diverse, catering to different tastes. The dipping sauce is also excellent, with multiple flavors to choose from, and each one is incredibly delicious.Apart from the delicious food, I also want to commend the waiter Ellie for her exceptional service. She's very friendly, hospitable, and attentive, always smiling and making customers feel comfortable and relaxed.
