good prompt service, repaired a faulty valve, checked out entire system, corrected poor wiring done by installer, changed one sprinkler head. Will book them again for fall shut down and spring start up.

We hired Mainline Irrigation on the recommendation of a family member. They were difficult to reach. Information and photos were texted to avoid confusion. Upon arrival, I reiterated what was needed. We were going away and needed one zone repaired so the entire system could water while we were gone. He worked on the system for 1/2 hour and said he would return.Waited 3+ hours but needed to leave. When I returned I wasn't sure he came back. I tried the problem zone and it didn't work. My husband checked when he got home and confirmed it wasn't working and that parts of the system were not connected .Received emailed invoice the same day which included the statement tested drip zone

Jason from Mainline showed up on time. He droned the property gathering images used in the design. All my questions were answered and he worked with me to scope out a good preliminary design for a new irrigation system. Detailed documents, listing the parts needed and pricing, were received a couple days later. Although I didn't use their services in the end, the quoting process was top-notch.

Jason and team (sons and daughter) recently installed an 8 zone system on our 3/4 acre town lot. The level of professionalism, expertise, accuracy and public relations could not have been higher from start to finish. We are extremely pleased with the system and Jason and family made the experience both positive and even fun. No detail is spared with regards to planning, installation and even clean up. If any of the team feels that something with the system is not quite right you can be confident that it will be put right before the job is completed. They had some challenges w/r to having to go under 3 sidewalks/driveway and nailed it. I even mentioned a drip line that I thought was missed...nope...was hidden so well that I could not see! All were very patient with my questions before, during and after the job as well. I could not recommend this company for your irrigation needs more highly...10 out of 5 stars.
