The prices my be high, but the variety and qulity of the teas makes it well worth it. I am still enjoying the teas I purchased from there. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. They are able to find any tea you desire or create what you are looking for by considering a combinations of teas.

The supposed manager at this place cares about one thing and one thing only. Sales and that is allI miss the old staff they were friendly and nice and always welcoming. This new manager seems to tell her staff which customers to look out for.Because after one bad experience with her the following few days I went in the staff changed their tone.Wouldn't go here if it was free. Which reminds me of free tea coupons I have sitting at home that I will not be using at this location. Will be saving for another location

Best DAVIDs Tea experience I have had by far. Our tea guide Alex has plenty of recommendations. Ultimately she was able to provide an above average service. Also, the Ghost Busters sound track was playing.

If I could give them a -5, I would. The one lady who helped me was very rude. The store itself was not busy, yet the sales associate with short, dark, curly hair was deliberately ignoring me. She barely even acknowledged my presence even though I was purchasing something from her. I seriously recommend that the owner understands who they are hiring because this lady, was not worth paying.

I received some teas from my kids for Christmas and a couple were the same and specifically said no fruity teas please. I asked for nutty caramel warm flavored teas. My husband and kids went to the Kelowna store and asked a young girl for help, they told her exactly what I said. She sold them 2 packs of Sleigh ride and 1 of gingerbread blondie. Now I am sure they are both lovely but being that I am not a big fruity tea person and sleigh ride is fruit infused" apple to be exact

No wonder people shop online. What a horrible in-store experience today. We received a mailer to get 25% off purchase plus a 25gr sample. Do you think any of the staff knew about the promotion? No. Then a 15 minute adventure at the till with staff who can't figure out how to ring this in.Seriously my time is more valuable than the free tea for next time. I won't be back.I will shop online or elsewhere.

Great customer service from Sydney. She helped me choose a few different teas to meet my needs, and pointed me towards a promotion they were currently running (which saved me some money). Sydney was energetic, and knowledgable. Overall great stuff

Had a very upsetting experience there yesterday at 12. Went in for nurses appreciation day with a friends because we heard they were giving away complimentary tea to nurses. After selecting the tea we would like the girl working the till asked which size we wabted which is when we mentioned that we were nurses. Her additude towards us completely changed at the moment. She bluntly told us the we should have mentioned that to begin with and was clearly very irritated. I apologized to her and said I was unaware that we needed to mention the nurses promotion initially and their response was “no doubt.” without even looking up at us. then she gestured for us to sand off the the side becuse it was going to take a few minutes. Me and my friend looked at each other in disbelief becuse she was being so blantably rude to us. We felt totally embarrassed which is pretty disappointing becuse we had been excited all day to go there. As we left the store I thanked the same girl on till and she again didn’t look up or acknowledge us. My friend spoke to a co worked who actually had a similar experience there yesterday during the promotion. Pretty disappointing that they would treat customers that way especially when they are suppose to be supporting a good cause.

By far my favourite tea shop in Kelowna!Their selection is top notch and always being developed further ; every time I go in, biweekly , there's typically something I'll love - whether that's a tea to sleep with Valerian or with caffeine to keep you awake w/o the use of coffee. Lots of flavours for both cold and hot brews and their stylistic choices are on point with a more minimalistic style, which is perfect for me. Easy to locate in the mall and always open each day .TL;DR - awesome service, delicious selection of hot and cold morning or night teas of all flavour varieties. Try it out - you won't be disappointed if you love tea as much as I do !

Very poor customer service exhibited by employee #10009108 at the Orchard Park outlet!! A most arrogant person - we were discussing the details of a simple exchange and she curtly stated company policy - have a good day" and just walked away. Most unprofessional!!"
