I had a cracked screen and device protection sent me to a different store. I waited 3 weeks for it to come in and was due to leave on a work trip. Device protection updated and sent me to the Gatineau site of this store. The staff were very kind and helpful but also didn't have the part in stock. So lucky me, the technician named Hamza (spelling may be incorrect, sorry if it is) and he called this location, arranged for my device to be fixed at Bayshore ans told me to meet him there later in the day. My phone was fixed within an hour and I was treated so well! I am beyond grateful and would recommend everyone go to this store. They were kind, helpful, quick and went above and beyond my expectations! Thanks again!

I had a great experience at mobile snap. The customer service was top notch, he gave us a thorough demonstration of the screen protector we were buying and how it protected the phone. He had the best selection of phone cases of all the stores and kiosks. Bought an Otter Box and screen protector and this place had the best pricing of all other stores and kiosks we compared. 10/10 experience! Would recommend!
