Adrien is exactly what you hope for when you look for an inspector! He’s thorough and walked us through everything, explained everything to my husband as we went through and answers all our questions.He’s like the local guy you hope to stumble upon that makes you feel you have someone really working for you but is often so hard to find. We worked with him several times and he made us feel really confident about our purchase! Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend the services of Mr.pickel. He has an amazing amount of passion towards real estate and this is apparent when you hire him on to inspect your home. Having successful projects in the past he will not only provide insight but be able to answer question with a great level of detail and know how. He is perfectly bilingual and has a way of breaking down information so that all can understand. He offers a service that you wont regret using and is my first choice when the topic comes up.

I was so grateful that I had hired Inspection-Estrie to look at the house that I was going to potential buy. They were able to show me everything that was wrong with the house and went over every detail with me. Thankfully I didn’t end up buying the house because they showed me all of the many issues that they found with the building. I will be using then again when I find my next purchase to ensure that I am buying the right house.
