Worth CIBC Branch ever, they dont even let the ATM door open so people can take out cash after closing hours (the only branch with this policy

I am not this branch client, went inside to withdraw some cash , Christine Huang gave me a hard time by asking me TWO pieces of IIDs, want to know why I don’t go to my branch and then went to ask her manager for approval and took me waiting for 30 minutes ! Where I usually in any other CIBC only 3 minutes in and out ! I end up withdraw the cash at ATM.

Relocated to Montreal from Toronto I do have a good experience with this branch, in my day to day banking, money transfer, foreign exchange, GICs and more.I'm glad that my skill with this branch is better than most of the other reviewers. Looking forward to keep up with my good impression.

They close the ATMs at 5pm. What kind of service is that? It’s like they really don’t want people in Montreal as CIBC’s clients.

I was assisted by Omar (cashier) and Mohamed (financial services rep) and both of them were efficient, fast and very helpful. Mohamed explained the fine print to ensure I understood everything about the changes I was making to my accounts. I was very pleased with the service I received.

The advisor's information was out of date and I had to correct her on everything such as credit limits, rewards, type of accounts, basically I was teaching her about the options of CIBC!! The front desk is terrible also. The branch didn't call me to let me know that my card was there. After 2 weeks, I went there and even though they had my credit card, they told me that they didn't have it, and I had to issue another card. I haven't received my card yet after 2 weeks
