Dr. Sanja Paleksic

Took my mom for an appointment here. Appontment took a while to book (11 months) as Dr. Paleksic is the only doctor in this area with her field of expertise. The wait was worth it. Amazing doctor, very knowledgeable. No issues, will be seeing her again for a follow-up.

ALERT!!! I had such a terrible experience, first they booked me for end of July after a 3 month wait, and then they called me to re-book me because she will not be available.then I get there for my 12:30pm appointment she takes me at 1:15pm, absolutely unacceptable. Then on top of that you have to pay for your parking so angry. She asked me why my doc is sending me to so many doc's I'm in pain how dare you ask such A ridiculous question. She doesn't know how to deal with patients at all. I was answering her questions and she was rolling her eyes with attitude and flipping her hair. I don't care if you are a Dr it doesn't give you the right to talk and treat people this way. I got very upset with her and told her we are done, and I asked her why are you rolling your eyes after I answer your questions. She has the nerve to tell me I never rolled my eyes.. I'm not blind lady!! I got up and she opened the door wand you can see that she was angry, She used her hand pointing her me to leave her office. She said okay we can do this another time, she was talking under her breath... She mentioned rescheduling me back. I told her I will NEVER COME BACK TO YOU AGAIN!! I have never ever seen such unprofessional from any doctor as I seen from her. And the way she got up from her chair and raise her voice after our confrontation Unacceptable!!! She should not be in practice at all!!

Not a good doctor to go to ,she dr pakaksic is a very selfish doctor,she plays games with her patients,don’t ever give her any medical paper work to do for you ,she takes years to complete it ,with lots of lies and excuses, just keep you hanging on to straws , and always keeps inventing new things to delay you , she has even cause me to miss my medication,just very slow with lots of lies an games ,I strongly don’t recommend her at all, if you are I’ll ,this one can make you more I’ll. She an the secretary, has more excuses than a cow can handle . You know by their tones and attitude,they don’t care a hoot for you . They only care what benefits they can acquired from.This kind of so call DR is what gives the real good doctors out there a bad name and reputation ,this kind of Dr plays with people that’s I’ll ,people that came out from hospital Beds , this is the kind DR the government of Canada needs to keep their eyes on ,she and her secretary is like BONNY AN CLYDE ,just one bunch of lies ,nothing they say comes out their mouths as truth! I wouldn’t want these two to be ruling our country,they will mess up the people a lot and run away and hide when they get caught or make you waiting sick on your stretchers in line out in the cold ,and they will never show up ,very very very bad disappointments in the medical sectors of our community!!!!!!!!

I was very impressed by Dr. Paleksic. She was very thorough, pleasant and definitely helped me tremendously with my back problems and related difficulties.She had me go through various scans after the first appointment to figure out where the problems were and what to do about the worst of them. The exercises she gave me when I first went I still do some two years later. The Doctor really helped me get walking, and doing physical work again! Thank you so much.PS; to the person complaining about the secretary, there was a pretty bad one there on my first appointment, the second time the secretary was fine. They are not a big deal in the overall scheme of things. I suspect the Doctor is too nice to have said anything to the first secretary.

I was very impressed first, you are seen on your appointment time, staff are very knowledgeable, patient and kind. The doctor spends the time and customized the care. I've already have progress. I highly recommend this doctor and staff.

For Dr. Sanja:She gave me some exercises to do which didn't work. So I booked a subsequent appointment (she told me if the exercises don't work, to book a subsequent appointment).I came late for my subsequent appointment but i tried calling before coming (to mention I was going to be late). Her secretary wasn't even working. So no one answered.I couldn't even find her office door number because she never posted it in the downstairs lobby. I couldn't remember the door and floor number from my first visit.When I entered her office, she had a grin on her face, she told me I had to rebook (the office was completely empty)When I called to rebook my subsequent appointment, her secretary told me I had to pay $150 for missing the initial subsequent appointment. Im on social assistance, I can't afford that.This specialist is very harsh on people. She is uptight and stern. The look she gave me when i was late -- some pent-up anger there. We're all susceptible of coming late for appointments at one point or another. This woman penalizes people for it. Zero stars if I could.

I was super impressed with how detailed and professional she was she understood the pain I was feeling when I explained to her I have no hesitation in recommending her.

I visited this doctor in 2022 and was given an incorrect diagnostic that my right leg was shorter than my left leg. I was advised to use an insole for my right side, given a few exercises to do and sent off.As my pain became severe I visited an oesteopath therapist who gave her diagnostic that my leg lengths were the same and that my right leg was pushed up into my hip and that my hip was mis-aligned into with the right side higher than the left side. Over a course of 6 months the therapist fixed my hip allignment and now my pain is gone.Dr. Paleksic, failed to spend enough time to on my case and just quickly eyeballed my legs and moved on. It is definitely upsetting that this doctor was able to get away with such poor quality service and at the same time bill OHIP for such poor services.

DISGUSTING!!! ZERO STARS...First of all so called Dr. Paleksic should be stripped down from the title doctor for omitting a patient and violating Hippocratic Oath. Despite having an education and experience she is absolute disgrace. She refused to provide me healthcare for not wearing a mask. I am medically exempt and do not require by law to provide her any proof whatsoever, moreover she is herself wearing a mask and has no moral or legal right to oblige patient to wear one.I will never be coming back and will make sure no one I know ever goes there.Secondly, the receptionist" is an absolute disaster. Very rude
