Two ladies in this Gas Station biggest racism person very bad behaviour for Punjabis only for white peoples they serve very very well i don’t know who is the owner of all this I won’t come fuel here again and I won’t keep quiet about their behaviour

What a joke. Four hours into a mandatory 8 hour sleeper berth they came pounding on the door waking me up and kicking me off their property. For a company that services transport trucks they should know how the edl log rules work. Thanks petro Canada now I am going to avoid you like c19.

Such a bad customer … Manager “LISA” She does not know how to deal with their loyal customers. We (my drivers) fill up the gas from petro pass for almost $1500 everyday . She ( LISA) said, she does not care if she will loose the business from me . By mistake One of their breakaway got broken by one of my driver . Manager she called me and said i have to pay them $420 for the damage . I apologized to her on behalf of my driver but she was not ready to listen. I even offered that I can send my tech to replace their breakaway but she was like NO. I found out from NEE the cost of the expensive breakaway is $165 but she is charging me $285 for 1 breakaway… amount of business I am giving them everyday they are easily making $200 out of the gas I fill up there … If this is gonna be her attitude , Soon Petro will loose alot of customers… I wanted to talk to the territory manager but she said I cannot.. I guess if they are not gonna resolve my issue I have to close my account with Petro. This is the first ever unintentional mistake by my driver . Never thought stations like Petro canada, their staff will provide such a bad service.

i came here a while ago. its a daily routine of us drivers to fill our logbooks when we stop somewhere. the two ladies wont let me park for a minute to do my documentation. There is no respect for customers. i hope the owner takes action on this behaviour or change these kind of employees.

I always fill my truck here. today i did the same and i had to do some documentation. and the parking was full so i parked on the side for a minute to do it. and the lady came from inside and yelled at me to move my semi. i said i just need a minute to fill.this. she kept on insisting. and then the second lady came and started clicking pictures of my truck. i could have called police as she was violating by clicking pics of my personal property. These people have to learn the lesson of customer service. i will now find an alternative to my routine and stop coming here and i urge the same to others so these people can learn a lesson!!!
