My dog had an amazing experience with this groomer. Eugene is very knowledgeable and kind, and gave her lots of individual attention. She looks and feels better than ever! We will definitely be coming back again!

Eugene is always so wonderful and patient with both me and my dog. My dog gets very nervous getting groomed which makes be nervous and he always does his best to put both of us at ease. I know she is in good hands when she is there and they take their time ensuring they are careful every step of the way. Eugene and his team always have a smile on their face and welcome my dog with open arms. They are so reasonably priced and I can't imagine taking her anywhere else!

We took our 1 year old cockapoo to Dog Room for her first real grooming. She hates baths and getting her nails clipped so we were worried she would be difficult. We were so pleased when we picked her up. Her cut was perfect, she was clean, and she was so happy. Just look at that face! I was also impressed at the same-week appointment availability and how quickly she was ready to pick up. Much better than groomers where the dog needs to stay all day. We will be back!

Eugene is a calm. attentive expert groomer conveniently located along Plains Road in Aldershot. I feel so grateful to have him in the neighbourhood! He does a fantastic job with both my dogs, who are always happy to see him. Even my elderly hound who is often skittish of strangers is relaxed with Eugene! They come out smelling sweet and looking good. Highly recommend this local gem!

Not sure of the owners name, he never introduced himself but he did an amazing job. Now I don't think he will call me for another appointment as my dog is medium-sized and I felt may of been to much for him to handle. I asked for another appointment and he just said he would call to book one, he has not called me yet. With that being said, if you have a smaller dog and this owner make an appointment with you, keep it, he was wonderful, my dog looks great, I would go back of he called me.

Eugene is a nice guy but very unprofessional in my opinion. I brought my cockapoo a few times to him and he suggested i get her groomed every 6-8 weeks, i feel that is unneeded for my small dog. The end of the story Eugene stopped answering my calls and voicemails. I ended up taking my dog else where. If you have a business i would prefer you to tell me you can not accommodate me or continue to accept us as a client rather than just ignore. Very rude. Not reliable if you don’t follow his silly rule of having your pet groomed every 6 weeks.

Eugene is great! He is so warm and friendly and truly understands my dog. My 5lbs toy poodle is anxious with strangers but I can tell she's comfortable around Eugene. Her haircuts are always on point and she smells unbelievable even days after her groom. Love this place!

We brought our 9yr old, 60lb, long haired mixed breed to Eugene for the first time this week and we could not be happier.Eugene is personable, professional, and has a great connection to the dogs. Our Asha was excited to arrive and in a great mood when we picked her up.In all honesty, with covid, she was long overdue for a grooming and Eugene came through. It is, perhaps, the best wash and carding she has ever had. Her undercoat was completely gone. Eugene even complimented her on her patience during the brushing process.We are very thankful to find such a great groomer!

I took my 5 year old moodle here. He is inherently anxious around other dogs so I wad looking for a more intimate groomer. Eugene had a great schedule and was very welcoming. He spoke to Tucker calmly and listened to my every concern. When I picked him up he had the most perfect cut! (Tucker had received a million comments).He didn't seem as anxious as he had in the past and the service was very well priced. I will definitely be back to the dog room for our next groom!
