Kind, compassionate, helpful and no judgement. So grateful to have found these folks.Also, did a PAP here and told my GP would have results in a week, she said no no it takes a couple months to get results - but got mine in one week as promised. Much rather deal with my health at this clinic than thru a GP or walk in.

Best place to get your testing doneI love the counselling part..you feel comfortable talking to them without feeling judged .I came here a few times and it’s always a great experience .

Always very confused about this place. It's 50/50 every time. I asked for specific tests that were supposedly administered but come to find out later (by complete luck and through no intervention from Hassle Free) that test had actually not been administered at all. Thankfully it hasn't, but it could have easily been a huge problem. Staff is also a strong 50/50, either incredibly friendly and helpful or obnoxiously curt, won't listen to you and will deliberately fail to inform you about what you're being tested for because it's 7pm on a Friday and they want to go home. Honestly if you can go somewhere else, go.

Non-Canadian visitor here, and it was a great first experience with their focus on privacy and comfort. I felt seen and cared for by both clinicians who saw me. I would definitely return for regular check-ups if I lived here. Thank you for the quick and effective treatment!

It’s always soooo slow here.I booked at 6pm and I arrived 5:40pm.And now it’s 6:40pm. Im waiting almost 1 hour even I had booked.——I went for the hepatitis A & B vaccine today. I was able to see the doctor an hour after my appointment time. Then they said they only had the A vaccine today and They told me to come back next week or later.Even though they knew that which vaccine I would receive today when I had an appointment. I totally can’t understand why they took my appointment.This clinic is ridiculous and I can hardly believe it is functioning properly.

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for over 5 years and the experience I have varies.In the beginning they were helpful, compassionate and empathetic. They are incredibly resourceful and responsible (as of this date) in ensuring all your records are on file (as far as I’m aware).In 2020, there was an incident where I came in and was told that I was unable to change my IUD with a doctor because it wasn’t deemed “a medical emergency” given that COVID was at it’s peak. Although true, the doctor on site failed to show empathy or even care to hear why I came in and wanted it changed to begin with (was experiencing major discomfort and was overdue for a change). She refused to change it and gaslit me about coming into an appointment that wasn’t “necessary”.The receptionists in person in my experience seem content and respectful vs to on the phone (rude and dismissive). I give this place 3 stars for their efforts that have helped me in the past but agree with the other reviews in regards to getting a 50/50 overall satisfied or dissatisfied experience.

They seem to try very hard to turn people away with the most abrasive and least helpful phone staff.

Not great experience, the Dr. made assumptions about me and gave more push back to than necessary when I explained my symptoms. She pushed back against getting an ultrasound. The Dr. also did not provide said results of ultrasound and had them completed by the medical receptionist, who did not provide enough detail.

They are quite helpful, even if you just do regular testing or asking health related questions. Reception is very polite, well organized. Doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. The hours are a bit awkward, if you live far away from Downtown travelling can be an issue. Since covid start, the place is by appointment only but I actually think this is way better and organized then years ago.

They kept me on hold for just a simple appointment booking for 45 minutes!!!Told me they have a spot available and after I was off hold, they said the spot was taken. This is ridiculous. They don’t even deserve 1 star
