Worst customer service everAnd the amount of stupidity is amazing they just blew my mind.They can't help me because my request was in french lol Wow.The line is a different story, and some customers just walk in F the line because she knows the person who works inside. Wow just wow.Can't wait to change my bank.

This branch has moved to Renfrew Street, in the new complex. NO PARKING unless you want to pay to do your banking or circle around the block for 10 minutes, if you're even lucky enough to find something free on the street.. They don't even offer a few free CIBC customer parking spots. Will strongly consider changing my home branch.

This is a bad branch I have never been back. The manager is so bad, impolite, so rude. I asked for help to print out the statement because I could not open it on online banking, but his attitude was so rude, he did not want to help, he tried to tell his staffs to stop helping while they were helping me, I just wanted to ask, but he tried to kick me out. I will never be back to this branch if he’s still working there. Will give zero star if it’s existing

Our money is blocked in this branch and they weren’t helpful at all! We have been to this branch so many times for releasing our money but they didn’t help! The’ve been tossing us around to call other departments while it was their responsibility to call them! They don’t even know how the procedures work in the banking system!Now they don’t reply to calls or emails! We’ve been struggling with this issue since August, almost 7 months!!!!! Our money has been blocked for 7 months and they are not following up internally to help us releasing it!!!

I wanted to transfer money to another bank and they wouldn't help me. They said that they don't have any tellers at that branch so they weren't even able to help with basic bank transactions and told me to go to another branch several kilometers away.
