Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a positive experience with my rental last week. Alison went out of her way to accommodate my last-minute booking. Highly recommended; I would return for future car rental needs.

I regret everytime i rent a car with them. Second time was not my choice because i never wanted to deal with them again.After my wallet disappeared in the car and i doubt that someone took it cause i never loose my stuff, they send me a speeding ticket and asked me to pay it and it was 20 minutes before i take the car. Someone from there office drive a car to me to a collision center and on his way, he took a speeding ticket by a camera and they decided to accord it to me and ask me to pay it even if i recieved the car 20 minutes after the ticket was issued. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR STUFF IN A RENTED CAR FROM THEM, THEY HAS A SPARE KEY AND THEY KNOW WHERE THE CAR IS.

I have been renting with Enterprise for almost a decade in various locations. I never had bad experience with them. You do not realize the value of good service until you have bad experience somewhere else. I never had to rent with anyone else other than enterprise except once a couple of months ago, as cars were not available with Enterprise . That's when I realized how good my rental experiences with enterprise have been. Unfortunately , I do not remember the names of the gentlemen in Aurora location. They are so nice, professional, friendly and always helpful. The gentleman offered ride back home without even asking, even when they were about to close. Long story short. If you need to rent a car, go for enterprise . Nice and Easy.

Extremely disappointed! I had to take an Uber because the vehicle I had ordered was not available when I arrived to pick it up, and I was given no apology or explanation. The entire process was incredibly inefficient and frustrating, with unprofessional and rude behaviour from Enterprise Rent-A-Car staff. I do not recommend using this company if you need a timely and reliable rental car.

My customer service experience with this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location has quite possibly been the worst I've ever had. It is clear to me that customers renting through insurance are simply not a priority. I have been on a waitlist for a SUV for over 2 weeks now and I have been told multiple times that a vehicle will be ready in a day or two and that it just needs license plates, or an oil change. Not once has the company every proactively called me back to keep me updated, and on top of that the vehicle that has apparently been held for me, has clearly been rented out to someone else. Truly awful customer service.

I am a regular customer of Enterprise, I had car accident using my own car the insurance company arranged a rental car for me from enterprise, they treat me like they are giving me the car for free very bad customer service and they charge me for additional insurance, when I inform my insurance company they told me we send them contract with full insurance and when I mentioned that to the enterprise employee he told ok we will give you 50% discount!! of something already paid from my insurance company !!, then he waived after long negotiations can anyone believe that ?

Enterprise is good, the branch manager (Alison) for this location is not. I was overcharged by over $200 for my rental and she was unwilling to listen and rude during the entire conversation. She made me feel I'm the person who is guilty. Customers deserve a more caring person to run this branch and take care of them for this well named brand. It is a pity for Enterprise and their customers Alison has this job which she doesn't qualify. My issue was eventually resolved by Enterprise Customer Care department, and I will send an official complaint to Enterprise with my experience and hopefully they can revolve this issue from the root cause for their customers.

We have rented a mid size SUV for a week vacation and returned it yesterday evening. Their service was awesome! Two days before picking up the car, a lady called me to remind me that their closing time has been changed from 6:00 pm to 5:30 pm and asked me if it'd be ok for me. I said ok. However I was still running late a bit on my way to pick it up, and I called to inform her for possible delay. She said it'd be fine and later she helped me to inspect the car thoroughly with no rush. It's also impressive for me to receive a follow up call next morning to ask if we had any problem with the car. And when I returned the car yesterday, the office already closed and there was a drop box for key deposit. And I received a call from the office informing me the car had been checked without any issues and following up if my trip with the rental car was pleasant. The car is in great shape, clean and without any issues. Highly recommend this shop.

Update:I rented another car from this location a few days ago. This time the experience was totally different from last year which led to the previous review (see below).This time, the staff were courteous and helpful. The car was brand new and in excellent condition. The paperwork was done quickly and without hassle.The new staff seem to have made a big difference in the quality of service.------------------------------------------------------------------Aug. 2018: When the car I had booked yesterday didn't show up in my Upcoming Rentals" on the website and before I try to book the car again
