I love this place, been coming here for years. They know what they are doing. If it's not too busy they can make mani pedi at the same time

UPDATE— After going to this nail salon for over a year loyally, tipping very well, showing up on time for all my appointments I can say without a doubt they do not care about their customers.I booked an appointment one week ago as I’m going on vacation tomorrow and I walked into the salon for them to tell me I called and cancelled my appointment. I showed them in my call history that I never did that and they said “someone from a Florida area code called and cancelled”. I moved here from Florida a year ago, Jason (who is the rudest, most unprofessional nail tech I have ever met in my life) accused me of cancelling. I couldn’t believe after a year of being a great customer to this little hole in the wall (ghetto, they use a vacuum cleaner to brush off nails) they were disrespectful, rude, and one of the workers were laughing with a customer about how upset I was. If you want your business to be appreciated DO NOT GO HERE. I will never set foot in this place again.I have nothing but great things to say about Ka. My first time there she took me in as they were closing & never made me feel like she was in a rush. I loved the manicure she gave me. The second time I was there I couldn’t believe how kind she was, I was so upset about a bad manicure I had done by another employee here and I was on the verge of tears when she said she’ll stay late (again) and redo my nails completely. She never complained again and I left the salon soo happy with exactly what I wanted when I walked in. I will be returning every time to get my nails done with her! Thank you!!

I am so very pleased with the service and the staff. The 'Mother' (I will call her) of the salon did my nails. She is so sweet and did exactly what I wanted. I don't like thick nails, and she did them thin, they looked so natural. The French manicure was perfect.My daughter went to have her nails done and she was with the man (sorry I forgot names), and he did wonderful as well. Nails so natural!I was there years ago and so happy they had not changed. Highly recommend!

I came to the salon because I broke a nail, this was friday evening. As I came in I asked if it was possible for them to fix my nail, one of the nail techs said yes no problem sit down. So ai sat there for 15 min for the what seems to be the owner and very rudely he just said to leave we don’t have time for you. I told him that it was only a nail and that another tech said to wait a little. The owner cut short what I was saying, just to tell me the don’t have time for me and to leave. Very disrespectful and rude! Zero customer service! I will never return there!

They were very rude! They spoke to us like we were asking for the moon. They acted like they were forced to serve us. We ended up leaving because the attitude was so bad.

I was helped by Ha. She was amazing and very nice! She was super fast and did a great job. Called the same day for an appointment. Will visit again :)

I've been a customer for over 3 years to this place. I got my nails done 48h ago. The corners are chipping and the diamonds falling on. I went to the nails salon to get them fix and the brother tells me Tommy is not there and nobody got time to fix my nails. I paid $60 for this set + $15 tips. Then I let him know that I really need someone to fix it because im traveling the next day and he don't even try to understand what im saying and he is like no, come back at another time. I had to call my bank to explain the situation and get my funds back and go somewhere else since nobody was there to help me! I always speak of them so highly but with his lack of professionalism alone, I wouldn't recommend.
