I love their Austin location as they are always clean and courteous. They have self checkouts and tills available so the waits are never too long.Best thing about them are their consistent sales that they have weekly. Their offers are frequently better than Superstore.

I always love looking and eating the ready to eat food the most and on Valentines Day me and my sister went all out and got Valentine's Day themed specials. Cheesecake, donuts, etc. Dream come true. We dined in their courteous little food court/lounge. We had walked a lot earlier so it was nice to sit back and relax. So grateful. xx

Excellent customer service! A very nice worker helped me find where the cupcakes are, and he asked and checked up on me and which cupcakes to choose. He also made some recommendations on which cupcakes to buy & go for!

Nice Safeway! Nice layout, tons of options, including BC local signs on locally made food, deli, pharmacy, Starbucks, flowers. One stop shop and adorable baked goods! Parking entrance behind building, park on roof! Self checkout option.

the staff is no where near as good as the staff from the old Safeway. That what made that store what it was......... what happened...... the produce sucks since they've reopened. The old store had the produce on point. Not sure what happened but get it together

I love doing my groceries in here. Staff are very helpful and courteous. I always order chicken dinner and they make the mojos and onion rings for me if they do not have enough on the warm food area. The ladies in the warm food area are amazing. Always appreciate the effort and kindness of the staff.Good quality food if not the best.Lots of parking upstairs and downstairs

bad elevators,, I saved myself from getting hurt while on travelling downward with grocery bags in my hand... if you trade that much atleast care for the customers who pay for your salaries....
