AVOID THE PEN CENTRE POP UP SHOP!! I had three separate appointments with this facility and each time they said the wait with the CRA was too long and they never once made the effort to call. Awful awful service, they also took walk ins before they took me who actually booked in an appointment which kind of nullifies they point of an appointment. Don’t recommend the pen centre location. Go to anyone but them

The H & R block location is approximately one to two store locations from the STARBUCKS entrance on the right hand side as you enter the Pen Centre. It would be helpful if the location was corrected

Scott St H & R Block the staff are so welcoming, and kind. Barb, and Brenda these two lovely ladies really try and help you get what you are intitle too.I use to be nervous going to get my taxes done. Now I can't wait to visit them every year.Thank you kindlyAR
