Came in for a quick diagnostic and fix on my car and the customer service couldn't have been better.I was ready to spend the whole day annoyed and irritated, but the people over at Georgetown Honda really know their stuff. I was pleasantly surprised and treated amazingly the whole time. And we were done right on schedule! Definitely coming back here for any work that I have in the future!

I recently bought Honda CRV from Georgetown Honda. Mark was my sales representative and he provided me with all the information I was looking for. He did not added any extra charges and was very welcoming. This was my first car in Canada and Mark really made me feel comfortable. I am really happy with the service and I love driving my Honda.

Just picked up my new Civic fromGeorgetown Honda last week.Joe and Jeff were super friendly and professional and they helped me get exactly the car I wanted and kept me updated on the vehicle status throughout the ordering and building process.The whole delivery experience went great and I couldn’t be more satisfied with how they treated me and giving me the best deal.Definitely recommend going with Georgetown Honda if you’re looking for new or used car.

Awesome experience as i can say about this place, customer service and support is excellent , Mark is the guy you should be seeing for your purchase, a fantastic person made me so comfortable with my purchase everything was so smooth. All i can say they are the best Honda dealers i have come across, so people dont waste your time going somewhere else except this one. They have outstanding quality, honesty and integrity. Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, buying process is easy and i left with a great deal on my new car!

Everyone at Georgetown Honda is extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve never experienced such great service at any other dealership previous to our Honda purchase. From the multiple emails and calls to Brian when first purchasing our vehicle to the ladies who helped me at the service desk, everything is always great. It’s nice to walk in there and still be acknowledged and remembered even after purchasing.

I picked up my brand new HRV a couple of months ago and I'm loving it. My purchase experience was so smooth. I got approved for financing in a few days and the car got delivered in about 5 moths. Joe Pinto did a great job presenting the car and securing it for me as the inventory was limited. He also answered to all of my questions and concerns patiently. I was offered the Honda plus package and I got it for extra peace of mind. I've had issues with other dealerships in the past but I'm happy with my purchase from Georgetown Honda. 100% recommended.A review on the HRV 2023 though, it's a good car with great interior space and nice design, but the acceleration is not so good, it takes some time to speed up

My dad went in to buy a car in this dealership earlier today and had an extremely upsetting experience. The sales person was very nice and was accommodating with the negotiation process , however the manager of the dealership (Jeff) was extremely rude to my dad. I am not sure if this was fueled by racism since my dad left felt that he was treated differently because English is not his first language. When my dad was in the final process of negotiating , the manager asked him to “ don’t just guess , take an educated guess”. This dealership needs to work on their customer service experience and maybe do some cultural sensitivity training .I would not recommend them to anyone.
