I just waited over an hour in the drive through, waited at the intercom for 20 mins before they even took my order. Inside isn't even open I can't even imagine how much longer it would have been. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered 2 cheeseburger happy meals with apple slices instead of fries and delivery to the table...we had to go get them and we're given Fri instead of the apple slices we ordered. This happens every time! Don't they know how to read? It's even written on the receipt they stick to the box...oufff so tired of this...because I didn't want to hear innane excuses I just ate the cold fries and burger. I don't know what I have to do to get the right order and hot burger. Anyone know?

The atmosphere is good but a little organisation in the kitchen and service would go a long way.They were clearing tickets of orders without even serving the customers, which led to confusion...

Waited 20-30 min for a simple order. As I was waiting for my order, I see that the orders are not organized and the worker quickly removes order from the teleprompter list.

I don't know if it's because there is lack of staff but waiting 20 minutes for burgers and nuggets is too long for a McDonald's. The nuggets were darker brown instead of golden. Some fries were cold. I really disappointed this visit.

the drive through is right next to where people park so if the line is long people can not backout and they attempt to backout and try to pass when they come in as well really small and i'd say dangerous for collisions

The service was the slowest experienced at any McDonald's I went to in my life. The burgers were sloppily made, there was wayyyyy too much ketchup in mine, and the cheese was not even actually in the burger. Half of it was on the box.It took 15 minutes to get a small order and there was no one waiting.
