Its so nice to have a local roaster / artisan. They roast their own coffee and best to read up what's being curated from fresh imported beans to the final result. Fresh batch every Monday. Their coffe is very distinctive, well thought out and balanced. Remember also if they are busy, closed off - the coffee shop next door carries their brand if your not ordering online.

Fresh roast coffee is good, but overpriced. In my experience - delusionally self-entitled owners who act like customers work for them, not vice versa. Simple misunderstandings they choose to make into confrontations in which the customer is blamed for Kaito's own failure to deliver - because the customer is not loyal" and a customer complaint means a lack of respect for what they call the Kaito "family". What a family! Take your coffee

My favorite coffee beans in Canada, no question. I use an Aeropress and a Flair espresso maker. You get the most wonderful crema with the beans from Kaito.I'm a customer for life!

Local coffee roaster in Hudson. You can purchase their coffee immediately next door at Mikko espresso and boutique. Mikkos carries all Kaito beans and will even custom grind your purchase if you don’t have a good grinder at home.I’ve tried almost every Kaito bean and find them all rich and satisfying. You just have to find your favorite. Highly recommended.
