32 degrees out today got to the station 25 minutes early with my bike to take the go, when the train got here I politely waited for people to walk off so I could get on the train, the doors stayed open for about 30 seconds barely giving people enough time to get OFF and absolutely 0 time for people to get ON especially if they have a bike, No announcements were made doors shut in my face leaving me & 2 others trying to board stuck waiting in the heat of the sun for 40 minutes until the next train. arrivedthanks port credit go !

Makes it easy to commute both towards Downtown Toronto and Niagara Region. Platforms are clean but the whole station especially the underground passages to reach the platforms seem old construction. There's no food stores on walking distance except a small kiosk inside the station, which has pop and chocolates. Another issue was that the announcements weren't frequent, and there were noticeable voice distortions, making it challenging to understand.

Small station, but well maintained facility with restroom provision. Also has accessible ingres and egress points.

Great time hanging around in the cold during the BOMB threat. The staff has no answers for us and kept everyone on the platform, if I bomb had gone off probably 50people would have bit the dust.

The worst way, facing on weekends grom mount pleasant to union station. They took us to this station, where elevators are not working and have too less space for people to stand.

Nice and clean go station. Multiple platforms with easy access. Free parking but it does fill up on weekdays. Wish there were digital signs on the platforms to advise about next trains.
