Angelos Salon and Spa

They were quick to take my very last minute booking over the phone for a simple haircut and blow out for my very long, very thick hair. I live nearby and it was a convenient location for me. My stylist Maria was very friendly and warm towards me. My haircuts are usually pretty basic. I'm not very picky and let the stylist pretty much do whatever they want as long as its around shoulder length with layers. I was happy with the results and she seemed to do the job more quickly than other places, which was a bonus for me as I hate sitting at salons for hours. The price was around average for what I've paid at other places around the Lower Mainland in the past, so no surprises there. I also appreciated the fact that they didn't pressure me to purchase their salon products. I'll keep going back because she did a good job and it's super close to where I live.

I don’t leave bad reviews very often and I have waited a few weeks to post this one, but I went to Angelo’s for the first time to have a Keratin treatment (as I am new to the area and didn’t want to drive all the way downtown). I have been getting keratins since 2019 and this was honestly the worst result I have EVER achieved after a treatment. I literally see no difference in my hair and I wish I could get my $500 back. I’m only leaving 2 stars because the staff were very nice.. they just need to stop offering keratin treatments if they are not going to follow the product instructions for correct application and best results. There is a reason hair needs to be flat ironed slowly in very small sections at 400+ degrees and the product left to sit on the hair before rinsing. None of this was done properly and it’s very disappointing.

I visited Mila for a hair coloring and cutting, and I was thoroughly impressed with her skills.Mila's color techniques were spot on, and she was able to give me exactly the shade of blonde that I had been hoping for. She took the time to really understand what I wanted and gave me helpful suggestions based on my hair type and skin tone. She paid attention to every little detail, making sure that every strand of hair was perfectly in place.Throughout the entire process, Mila was incredibly friendly and professional. She made me feel comfortable and at ease, and I could tell that she truly cares about her clients and their hair.I would highly recommend Mila to anyone looking for a skilled and talented hairstylist. I had a great experience at Angelo's! The atmosphere is great and the service was wonderful! Maria was my stylist and she did an amazing job. She took her time and made my haircut a really relaxing experience! She listened to what I wanted and really made sure I was happy with my cut. She also helped me find a product to help taming the frizz in my hair, which so far has worked out great. Can't wait till my next haircut :)

I frequent here for Aiden, who has an absolutely commendable dedication to his craft as a hairdresser. Such skill and technique executed in a timely manner, and able to work with nearly any irregular hairstyle to mold it into beauty.The only withdraw is that it is very expensive to go in for just a regular men's haircut, and I will likely only be here for very special occasions.

I got an amazing experience in Angelos, my hair master was Mila and I strongly recommend her. She's done exactly what I wanted and was very friendly and sweet. Mila has wide experience working with blonds and haircuts, so I totally can rely on her expertise.

I've known Maria since I move to Vancouver and have been going to Angelo Spa for ages. I love the fact that they are always very accommodating with my schedule and always willing to fit me in on last minute booking. Maria, my Hair stylist is the best hair stylist, I never let anyone colour, cut or style my hair. Forever grateful to find Maria and Angelo Spa. Keep up the good work guys!
