Beauty was very professional and easy to get a hold of when we needed to arrange setup assistance. The place was very clean and everyone had a great time at this wonderful venue!! We will definitely be renting this place for our future events. Thank you to Beauty and her team!

Best experience. The astmospher. It can be used for wedding reception or just friends watching World Cup. I highly recommend it.

I went to BOS Event Centre over the weekend for a birthday party. It's a two level space with beautiful decor on the main level. The issue is management. That ruined what should've been an amazing 40th b-day celebration. The internet was down when we planned to watch the NBA slam dunk competition on their TV. Luckily we used a mobile hot-spot to connect the TVs to, to watch the game. The party was set up in the main level and we were forced to move the decorations, food, alcohol and anything that was set up to the upper level, So everyone who attended the party on Saturday and were forced to move aren't happy and we will definitely not recommend it to anyone. At this moment, they aren't great at accommodating guests. Great facility, poor management. This post isn't to blast the venue, this is directed towards management. Your venue has potential to be great, but good customer service goes a long way. which is why my rating is what it is.

Nice place to party

Horrible experience last weekend. We booked the venue for a private birthday party to watch the dunk off game and the internet was not working. Owners ignored calls and messages. Owners came to venue and forced us out of the room to accommodate another party. We had to move our food, drinks and decorations in the middle of the party. Their guests then came to our private party and started smoking and drinking our drinks. Very unprofessional and worst experience ever. We will never book there again.
