The manager of Mr Mikes steakhouse is the most humble and understanding person I have ever met, he has an excellent customer relations and very polite.The issue with the steak I ordered has been resolved. the waitress was very kind and attentive. the food was EPIC, we have the divine bruchetta to start, I had the seafood pasta and my partner had the filet mignon he loved it.I had a giant tequila sunrise as well. someone different from the server came and asked us how our meal was. it was a very enjoyable night out, we are deff going backappetizer2 mainsdessert1 beer2 double whiskeyand the giant tequila$170, great price.

Another hit guys! COVID safe, clean and great food.The stuff is really friendly and on top of your needs. The food on point as always, is crazy that it’s taste is very consistent with other Mr. Mikes. I have visited and reviewed a couple of their establishments and the consistency’s crazy.Keep on eating guys and let me know what you think by liking my review.

Newly opened Mr Mikes in Fort McMurray. very clean bright and friendly Staff is friendly and proficient fro what they do. Food and service was great, we had a large group of over 40. Both lounge side and restaurant had our meals out quickly. Defiantly recommend everyone go down and say hi to Mike the owner and enjoy a beverage as they have a large selection on tap!

Food was good. Service was horrible, we got seated and had to walk to the bar to order drinks. The brought us one fork. We had to ask for cutlery and napkins 3 times. She ordered a mile burger with a plant based Pattie. We didn't realize it only comes with sauce. That was on us. The owner or manager or whoever he was . Was very rude.We even said to the waitress how rude he was and she said we don't know the half of it. She was very nice. But the service was slow. Only saving grace was the stuffed shrooms were great

Waitress was great & the stir fry was good. However, the cleanliness of the place needs better upkeeping. It looked like the place hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks and over all didn’t seem very clean. My friends food arrived to the table with a hair on it. Although it was taken off our bill & our waitress was super apologetic about it, we probably won’t go back.

Ordered the steak, It was cooked perfect. Good size meal. Service was fast and attentive. Will return again sometime. I have a hard time finding good places where I will return to and this is one I will come to. Pic was taken as an after thought as I was super hungry.

First time We were there for dinner. Restaurant was not very busy. We ordered two items. One item was very good. But back ribs was awful! We tried to eat, but it was very dry and hard to swallow. We called server. She apologized and gave us several options. She was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. She made positive change of our decision. Extraordinary customer service. Food price is reasonable. Restaurant size is medium. It’s neat and clean. Washroom is ok. There are parking spots available including para parking. Highly recommend others to try this restaurant.

Went to Mr. Mike's for the first time yesterday for my sister birthday dinner. It was very nice, casual dining, but fine dining, not pub grub. I had a very nice salmon dish, my wife enjoyed her steak, cooked as asked (always a thing with her, so good on them for getting it right). The warm, sticky toffee pudding, as my friend had recommended to me, was very good, very decadent, go with the small, not the large, unless you have a serious need to consume sugar.

After hearing mixed reviews I decided to take the wife out and try it for ourselves. I was told the place had a rough opening, which most restaurants do, so I was blown away by how clean, quiet and professional this place felt. It feels high end and casual. A very comfortable experience. One of the cool things about Mr Mike's is that they have a number of board games and table top games to play like battleship and Jenga.We ate on the restaurant side and it was quiet, but not too quiet, with top 100 music playing throughout the bar. We were seated and served our menus and drinks relatively quick. The general manager came over and asked us how things were going and it we were satisfied so far. He was very professional and friendly.The food was fantastic. We ordered the hot wings and the honey sriracha wings. Both were delicious. We also ordered the Mike's Bourbon BBQ burger with the garlic parmesan fries. It was made perfectly. The onion ring on the burger and the fries were crispy, the burger was juicy and the buns were made just right.I can't wait to come back and try the desserts. Overall it was a great experience. Great food, great staff and great atmosphere
