Great service! They do excellent work for dry cleaning and very professional alterations. Definitely recommend. Very nice owner.

Don’t come here if you need anything as complex as having an elastic drawstring replaced on a jacket done. The owner gave me the runaround for nearly 3 weeks citing the excuse that their alterations person (who they outsource to. So some of the work they do isn’t even in-house) was coming off holiday and were unable to source a drawstring. Ended up having to source the material myself AND deliver it to them (which I managed to do all within one day).Don’t come here if you value your time.

I was going to a wedding and needed a suit jacket and pants hemmed last minute. Tany was very busy and still put in the extra time/effort to ensure it was completed on time even with the short notice I had given. The quality of work was great and the prices were very reasonable. Very friendly and passionate in what he does. Would highly recommend to others.

I bring my work uniform in every now and then. It’s one man who does everything and the business is always busy. He is kind and patient and provides great service. He remembered my name after the first visit!

First time using this store as I recently moved to the area.I dry cleaned two pieces of apparel.One was cleaned & picked up as scheduled.The second item I was later informed took longer than the initially quoted duration of 1 week after arriving at the store to pick up both items.The item after 3 weeks was pronounced lost and the head office would be doing a review of where it went with a conclusion that it went to the wrong store.Eventually the article was located and determined to be mis-labeled within the premise of the store itself. Rather than trying to make things right, blamed their student employee instead of taking onus as the store owner.When asked about some form of refund for waiting over 4 weeks, the store owner insisted they can only offer discounts on future services.I won’t be using this store nor recommending it.

Broken zipper on my favourite travel jacket. I need it for next week! Walked in and fixed on the spot. Professional job, I watched and he explained what he was doing.
