I had my first reflexology appointment ever with Sharon, and I wish I could give her 100 stars! Not only was she an absolute pleasure to meet and radiated kindness, her treatment literally blew my mind. I’ve had (past tense now!) very poor mobility in my left shoulder for about ten years, and after my initial appointment I could rotate my arm without pain or crunching. She took before and after videos of these movements, and the difference was incredible, though even without seeing it, I immediately could feel the difference. Sharon made me feel very comfortable, I found the treatment relaxing, and you could tell how passionate and knowledgeable she is about reflexology.If you’ve ever been curious about reflexology (like I was!) definitely go see Sharon.Thank you Sharon for your help!

Amazing place. Very professional and outstanding service. I highly recommend to anyone to go to the Belmont Osteopath Clinic.We have taken our baby there for the past 5 weeks and we notice a significant difference. He sleeps so well after having a session. Sheelah is very gentle with him and is always so excited to see him. I look forward to these sessions.

If I were to write how I really feel, we would be here a while! Merlita is my favorite! After dealing with intense lower back pain and stomach pains for months and finding no cause after countless x-rays , cat scans , blood tests and ultrasound's I felt I was about to give up and just deal with it till things got worse ( bad idea I know / young and dumb ) After 10 minutes , Merlita had found the cause of my pain and quite literally saved me from substantial pain witch would have caused my upcoming business trip to be quite a flop without her help! With another trip just around the corner , I called Merlita and left a message in hopes she could fit me in before my flight ( in 2 days... ) She returned my call within the hour , knew the pain I'm in , what my job position intails and how much this will effect me, thankfully she's the best Osteo tech you could find and she's fit me in ( I believe on her lunch ) just hours before my flight. 100% amazing. Priyanka helped me out with a case of tennis elbow from working as a contractor. She immediately put my mind at ease by identifying the problem and laying out a plan for us. The workouts were sent via app and we had a weekly appointment for treatment and to discuss progress. She was very helpful and easy to talk to, and knew exactly what needed to happen to get me back on track. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

Very happy with my treatments with Sheelagh. She takes the time to properly access you and find out how to get things working properly. Easy to book appointments and a really nice office space-rooms. Prices seem competitive. Will continue to come here moving forward.

For several years I've been going a couple times a year as sore back issue crop up. Prior I had been going to a chiropractor who was an old family friend. He was unable over several visits and several months to treat a sore back / ribs issue. Out of desperation I made an appointment with an osteopath. ONE visit with Sheelagh Stewart and I woke up the next morning feeling 99% better - after literally months of incessant pain. I've recommended Sheelagh to several friends and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any internet random reading this. (Also, I gone back to my old chiropractor anymore, I go here where I get consistent and beneficial results.)

After experiencing lower back pain for nearly 2 years, I finally decided to give osteopathy a try. So glad I did....after 4 treatments (1 hour each) the pain has subsided and there is a noticeable increase in flexibility/mobility. The benefits I received from osteopathy along with other treatments like acupuncture and RMT have greatly improved my overall back health. Much appreciation to Sheelagh Stewart. She's amazing!

Sheila is probably the best osteopathy and ive been around. only down side is, cause she's so good sometimes its difficult to get an appointment unless if you are organized and plan your schedule. she always has availability the next month. but she's great!
