Great postal outlet. Top notch staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Most recently I sent out a package and recieved a email that it could not be delivered to recipient address. Thank Goodness I take pictures of package being sent out. The clerk put the shipping sticker on with the wrong address. I'm now trying to get my package back so it can be sent out to the proper province and address !! Clearly this error is on the clerk not mine. Customers beware to look over your package labels !!

It’s 2020 now and somehow, the post office can’t even update its holiday hours on google. Pathetic word we live in.

This Shoppers Drug Mart postal outlet is the best of any I have used in Barrie. Employees are very pleasant and provide good customer service.

Filled out a Customs Data Barcode to speed up the transaction as I’ve done 3 times previously (and seamlessly). Most of the tellers have been great but this one scanned it in the wrong section of her till and froze the system and blamed me for it. Said the forms look identical to the ones people pre-pay for. If that’s an issue it’s a form issue not a customer one. Embarrassing to put the blame on me for that. It’s been seamless and I’ve been thanked for doing this in advance, except for this time. Possibly time to update forms or re-train person to identify forms properly. Terrible customer service.She got really defensive when I tried to ask how to make sure it could be better next time (because I’ve had no trouble previously) and she blamed and blamed and said she didn’t want to argue about it (nor did I). Just wanted to tell her what I did and ask how to do it properly so no ones machine freezes up. This honestly ruined my day, thank you!Edit 2022: changed hours but haven’t updated online. Close at 8:30pm not 9pm. Can’t anyone update their hours anymore?!

No one seems to ever work at this counter, and it takes forever to find another staff member to figure out what is going on. Probably the worst post office kiosk in town at this point.
