Genelle House B&B Guest House
Lovely clean and comfortable room in a fantastic house. Made to feel really welcome and we had a great cooked breakfast. Fantastic garden and bespoke furniture in the house. This is a B&B so you chat with others and the owners at breakfast. The location is basically a residential area so its a trip into town for food or dinner. Only pointing this out as this may put some people off. We had a great time and would happily recommend and would use again if ever in the area.

Wow this place is so special! Not only is the food delicious, the ambiance is relaxing, gardens are stunning and it’s walking distance to a river but the host are so kind, funny and charming.We slept like babies there and felt right at home. I miss the food right now as I write this.If you need some relaxation, rekindle with a loved one or just fresh air come here & stay put.Also they have fresh eggs!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Genelle House. The food was delicious, the garden was beautiful, and the room was comfortable.Todd & Gord were fantastic hosts, we had mechanical problems with our vehicle and had to stay an extra couple of days, and they were super accommodatingThe location was great for exploring the area. Close enough to both Castlegar and Trail for dinner.We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Lovely b&b. Excellent breakfast. I require gluten free food and brought my own bread and toaster sleeve. They didn't seem to have a lot of experience with this but they asked questions and i felt very safe with my meal

The bed and linens are perfect - crisp, welcoming, pristine. At the same time, the woodwork is warm and funtional and obviously all custom built. There is no end to their attention with the breakfast fare - prepared as a chef would, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible... including from their own garden and hens!I feel pampered and completely at home. Thank you for the wonderful stay... again.

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were AMAZING. Farm fresh eggs, and fruit and veggies straight out of their garden. Quiet backyard oasis lush with plants and flowers - nice place to enjoy your morning cup of tea or coffee. Visiting with the backyard chickens was a real treat. Thanks for hosting us!

We arrived as guests and left as friends. Todd and Gordon are the perfect hosts and the breakfasts were top notch. The short drives to Red Mountain to ski or restaurants for dinner were part of the fun. Thanks for a fabulous time.

Genelle House B&B Guest House
This experience far surpassed our expectations. Our hosts were very hospitable and engaging. After a beautiful walk along the Columbia River, we traversed the in site garden which was absolutely stunning. The rooms were fantastic and very clean. After a restful sleep my wife and I were treated to a garden fresh omelette and cup of fresh fruit. This wonderful experience was an unexpected treat for both of us. Without a doubt we will be back.
