J'ai effectué l'achat d'une base de lit en magasin afin d'être certaine que tout soit bien fait mais, malheureusement ce ne fût pas le cas. Suite à mon achat, où on m'a confirmé que je ne leur devait plus rien, une personne a laissé un message pour me dire que si je ne payais pas 70$ de plus, on ne me livrerais pas mon meuble. Aucune explication. Je n'ai jamais été mise au courant de ce frais lors de l'achat. Lorsque je me suis présenté en magasin pour avoir des explications, la vendeuse m'a dit que la livraison ne m'avait pas été chargé. Je lui ai dit que dans ce cas je préférais être remboursé car cela ne convenait pas à mon budget. Celle-ci m'a répondu de façon arrogante que whatever c'est pas une grosse perte anyway". En bref

They moved in the old Super C building temporarily on Cusson ave corner of Johnson st. There is a big banner “for rent”, so we guess they are not gonna stay there very long. There is quite an interesting inventory and some great deals on furniture. No music, no ambiance, sales rep welcoming you the moment you get inside the building. The 3 times we went to the warehouse on Trudeau Street and at the temporary one in the old grocery store, there is always no customers but us!

Always someone around when you need help. Good service, great deals on approximately everything in stores. Good options on delivery, they even contact you days before to confirm the date and hour. Served by Alexy, he definitely knows what he's doing. Will recommend this store if you need any fourniture.

Hands down the worst furniture store I've ever been to.They send out a flyer saying huge promotions and they pay the taxes etc.I look at the sectionals I like on their website and they say it's on demo in the selected store.I get there and the place has absolutely nothing! I swear, the place had at most 10 couches.I ask the salesman where are the couches I was looking at and show him the website showing that they're supposed to be in store on demo, and he says we're moving and this is all we have left".An absolute joke and the salesman wasn't even apologetic. Extremely arrogant!Never again!"
