Had to visit a kids clinic as my daughter was unwell but it wasn't a need for emergency to visit hospital and our family doc was away. Went there just in time of appointment and was out in 15 mins. dr who saw my daughter was also very good and checked her thoroughly and made sure she is comfortable. Really recommend this place if someone needs to visit a clinic. Please ensure you take an appointment.

The terrible part of my experience was with Dr Aujnarian. My 4 y/o was being tested for allergies via scratch test he was extremely uncomfortable and itchy and like most 4y/o cried. The nurse who administered the test was kind. The MD took her time coming out to see us in reception after the nurse confirmed his allergy. Even as she was approaching us she was casually following up with another pt who she had recently checked on at that point and whose mother even urged her to attend to my son. My son was the youngest pt there at the time and the only one under 10 she told him to stop crying as he was making the other patients sad. She had horrible bedside manner. My son was reacting to being uncomfortable and as this is a pediatric allergist I don’t believe he is the first. I don’t know if she isn’t good with kids or we weren’t due respect in her view of us .

Extremely happy with this clinic and our paediatrician. Every doctor I have seen has been patient, knowledgeable and very willing to listen and help. In addition, every time I have called, the receptionist calls me back right away which is always appreciated. Highly recommend.

So happy, my Family Doctor reference us to a Kindercare Pediatrics. We got the best Peditrician DR.Janaki Pallipuram she's a very knowledgable and takes good care of my son she also takes care for me as a Mother, and Doctor Louis Peltz amazingly kind and wise and Dr.Mary Plain is very patient towards my son.Hope that there are many more Doctors like them, god bless them.

This clinic is charging for priority care. So this doctor will look at child whose parents have MORE MONEY first. It is unethical and I would discourage others to stay away.

Terrible experience! I dealt with Dr Aujnarian who was rushed and gave minimal info on my daughters peanut allergy. She mentioned there is an immunotherapy only to say it’s not covered and moved on. Making me realize her assumption is that I can’t afford it anyway. Clearly, according to her, I’m not the type that would want to explore every option and consider paying out of pocket. She also never ended up telling me what kind of a reaction needs the epi pen. My daughter has vomiting when she has peanuts and her pediatrician now let me know it needs to be a more serious reaction than vomiting. The allergist should have explained that! It took 6 months to get to see the pediatric allergist and it’s extremely irritating that the doctor put in such little effort to explain what options are available and when an epi pen should be used. I was overwhelmed with the fact that my daughter has this allergy and didn’t ask details in the moment but a doctor who does this everyday should be in the habit of giving all the information, not picking and choosing based on their assumption of the patient.

Dr Flanders has been our paediatrician for 11 years. We’ve seen his practice grow, offering more holistic essential services in one place. We appreciate the convenience and quality of this incredible clinic. A medical clinic for children. Let’s remember that’s what this place is and show some grace — this is not a restaurant or hotel where greeters are specifically hired to make us feel happy. Every one of us making an appt has a pressing concern. As a fellow parent, I get that we’re protective of our children and need to advocate for them - to us, no one else matters and they come first - but our kids are not the only ones in the room needing help. Let’s trust these medical professionals to triage and care for our kids the way they’re trained to do. Wait times can’t be predicted as some situations take longer than others. If your child needed more time/care, surely you’d appreciate not being rushed out so the next kid didn’t have to wait longer. It’s so hard to find doctors in the city nowadays, let alone great ones. With negative reviews and scrutiny, who would want to put in extra years of training just to be treated this way. Gratitude and respect deserves to be shown here. I highly recommend KinderCare Pediatrics for their exceptional services. Their physicians are not only skilled, but also immensely kind, making each visit comfortable. Folks at reception are prompt in their communications and highly efficient in arranging urgent appointments or suggesting alternatives. Their additional support and guidance is particularly beneficial for first-time parents. Overall, KinderCare strikes a perfect balance between medical expertise and compassionate care, a quality hallmark in pediatric care.

I will not recommend this place to anyone.I was referred to Kindercare by my family doctor and I made an appointment and I cancelled and aak them other possible appointments and they sent to me on March 13 and the Emil says if I am not confirmed by 5pm the appointment will be cancelled I didn't confirm and I thought it's cancelled as per there email but March 13 they sent to me recipient for $100 payment because I was absent from my appointment when I explained to them they said we received confirmation from you but I am sure I never send confirmation email for that day. So annoying.
