Staff is very rude, they have not sense to talk with customers. Specially, a Indian girl named Inderjit have awful behaviour. I don’t gonna visit this Tim horton ever.

Staff is very bad they don't know how to talk with customers. Specially, i girl named inderjit have no sense to talk with others. She is very bad and rude in behaviour. Please don't go to this tim hortons because their staff just gonna ruined your mood

This location seems to be completely renovated to the freshness. On this review, I see some old photos but that’s not the case anymore. The new furniture is lovely and the smell of freshness was blissful.It is conveniently located right at the exit of 401. There’s ample parking available. The service was quick and easy.However, if the owner or facility manager sees this review, the only suggestion I would provide as a professional reviewer is, move the hand dryer a little bit away from the basin. The problem with the way it is currently placed is, if some other person is drying the hands then the basin becomes inaccessible. It should be strategically placed.Other than that, 10/10 recommend.

Never enough staff during peak hours. Always considerate more on drive-thru while walk in customers wait too long.

Okay, I was the only one in line today, at 625pm, how did you miss the cheddar cheese and how did manage to burn my bun? The ham was super cold, slapped in there like you had rush hour but I was the only customer in line for drive thru. Unacceptable. I had to add my own cheddar cheese just to make it complete as a HAM AND CHEDDAR SANDWICH. Please do better.

Received my order from drive thru this morning. Staff rude and not very friendly. Put the liner for the tea on the tray didn't even bother to put it on the cup. Too lazy to do a small task like that tells me my business isn't appreciated. I will now go up the road to the Country Style forom now on
